I went in with a nail in my tire that I didn't think could be repaired as it was close to the sidewall of the tire, but they were able to repair it. I believe his name was Isaac, apologies if I'm wrong, but he also told me it was very close but they were able to repair it. He also said he thought he heard a squeak but was only looking at my rear tire and all looked good there so to keep my ear out for any noises. I haven't heard any but if I do I will schedule with them to check it out and when I need tires they will be where I go. They didn't charge me anything and they didn't try to sell me anything and they didn't try to force me to buy anything. They seem to just care about the safety of drivers and that is not only refreshing in these times but it is very reassuring. Thank you so much.

2 starts for the kindness of the employees. Came with the problem of my car pulling to the right, they suggested to replace the $300 part and did alignment, guess what, my truck still pulling to the right. Thanks for not fixing my issue . Employees are super friendly and nice, but I’ll look for other places to fix my truck though.

Took them only 30-40 minutes to fix a flat tire on my semi trailer. Plenty of room to go around the building with commercial truck. Great experience!

They sold me 3 year old tires as new. Bought in 2/2025 and the tires have a date code of 08/2022.

This store is fantastic! It's now my go-to tire shop. While traveling from CA, our car started losing air. Upon inspection, we discovered that the inside edge had loose tread, causing the leak. After a few minutes of calling tire shops, Les Schwab was the only one willing to stay late on a Friday. We arrived 5 minutes after closing and left 15 minutes later. Major kudos to Rob and his team for helping us at the end of their day, especially on a Friday! Best team and store. I 100% recommend them.

I don't leave many reviews, but I wanted to share that I had a great experience with this Les Schwab location. I needed snow tires and wheels installed on my car on short notice, and this store was the only place in the Reno area that had the correct wheels in stock. Fernando was very helpful and professional coordinating the wheel purchase, and was able to fit in the installation on the same day. The tire and wheel installation including TPMS calibration and balancing only took about 30 minutes. The overall experience was quick and painless, and I will definitely be back when I need wheel and tire service.

Had three vehicles taken in and was told they needed repair. I took all three to Reno Vulcanizing for a second opinion and they said no work needed to be done. Sad.

Had 2 flat tires, purchased 4 because AWD, was told that the bushings were going on the control Arms left & Right Front Lower costing $1,647.73, my car has less than 30,000 miles, took to Subaru to see if it was a warranty item, to find out absolutely nothing wrong costing me $221.00, even better than that they just had the same issue with Les Schwab on another Subaru same issue with low mileage as well. Needless to say I will find somewhere else from this point on. They all were super friendly but being lied to out weighs the friendly.

Super helpful, professional and polite . They had my car in at my appointment time and quickly were able to tell me my rim was cracked in 5 spots. I forgot the kids name who helped me but it started with a B and he has blonde hair.

I have never written a negative Google review in my life, but Les Schwab in Reno really earned this one. I stopped by this morning to have my brakes checked because I noticed they were squeaking a bit when I applied them. After the inspection, Joseph, their salesperson, let me know that the brakes were fine. He said it was just dust causing the squeaking, and it would go away naturally as I drove the car. Sadly this isn’t the end of the story. Joseph went on to inform me that while taking the tire off my car, they managed to snap one of the lug nuts off my tire. They admitted this was their fault and that there was nothing wrong with the lug nut prior to them taking the tire off. Joseph then told me that if I wanted to have the lug nut fixed, I would have to pay them $80! He handed me a quote, which showed that $70 of that charge was for labor alone. I told Joseph that I thought this was unfair given that Les Schwab caused the damage, but he insisted that having me pay for their mistake was “company policy”, and that there was nothing he could do. So in sum, Les Schwab broke something on my vehicle, and then told me I would have to pay in order to have them fix it. While I appreciate them checking my brakes, and would never expect any work to be done for free, a customer should never be required to pay for damage caused by Les Schwab. If I damaged something in their lounge and asked them to pay for it, I doubt they would take that kindly. What they did was wrong, unethical, and in very bad taste. You would think that a well-established company like Les Schwab would have better business practices, and it’s a real shame that they do not. Until Les Schwab has better management and policies concerning the treatment of customers, I would strongly advise everyone to go anywhere else for their tire needs; after all, who wants to risk being financially responsible for damage caused by Les Schwab?

Outstanding service. I have used their free services, including air fills and flat tire repairs for some time. So, when I needed tires, I went to Les Schwab. They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff who were very helpful. The shop is very clean and inviting. The service is prompt and professional. The prices are affordable. There are many credit options for those who need credit. They work by appointments or drop-ins. I cannot think of anything not to like.

Back in June, we had to have a boat and trailer towed here for service to the trailer. We dealt with Rob Connell, who was very helpful and even suggested that since we would be having to leave our boat and trailer overnight that we take it to a different Les Schwab location because it would be safer indoors. He followed us there and arranged for everything necessary to get a new axle put on the trailer. Due to his management of the situation, the repairs were completed a day early. Very pleased with the service we received from Rob.

Brought my Sequoia in for an alignment, knowing I've put off a couple of issues, but planning to get alignment, shocks and tires over the next several paychecks. I've heard good things about Schwab and they are close to home. My 12 pm appointment is apparently when the alignment tech goes to lunch. Then they called to say they found my struts are worn out and I need a front tire (because the truck is out of alignment.) This is all expected, let the gentleman know I plan to address these issues ASAP. They call back 5 minutes later. "We don't see the point in doing an alignment if you arent going to replace the struts and shocks." They refused to take my $150 because I wouldn't pay them $1700 to get four hundred dollars worth of parts and an hour of labor - TODAY. I'll be getting this work done but not at Les Schwab. They seem unwilling to work with customers who can't spend several thousand dollars in one visit and need to space their repairs out.
