All American Auto Body was recommended by a friend who is a car insurance arbitrator stating that they are an honest company which is why we chose them to do our auto body work, that and they work with our insurance company. The representative, Hunter, who worked with us was knowledgeable and delivered great communication and customer service beyond the call of duty. The work appears to be well done, and there is a guarantee on their work for as long as we own the vehicle. I would guess them to be a small business, but with big customer service.

The staff here are all extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. They answered all of my questions before, during, and after taking my car in. They did an amazing job and my car looks good as new!! I will definitely be back for any of my auto body needs in the future. Make sure your car is 100% complete when you leave this place. I had several issues with the repairs from it not being ready when I was told it would be, to arriving to pick ip up and it still not being complete, and finally mis-calibrated sensors that they want me to pay for a rental car while they fix it correctly. They also made it sound like the sensor issue is my fault and not theirs, even though all the trouble codes on my car came up the day I dropped it off to them about 10 days after the accident. Find a more reputable repair shop if you can and avoid this place.

I first want to say the work looks lovely. This was a self-pay dent and body work that needed to be done. When I went in the guy said a lot of repair shop people are nervous with self-pay because it can cost a lot. So he gave me the estimate of what it would cost for the dent and if there were underlying issues. Surprise surprise! 3 weeks later they charged me for fixing EVERYTHING except a few plastic connector pieces. When I tried asking questions the guy I was talking to said the original guy is no longer with the company so he couldn't answer with very many details.

If you have a muscle car this is definitely NOT the place to go! 1 month and a half later and Text after text saying my car was fixed, yet I’d have to wait another week. The pictures will show the results of what they say is “finished”. Paint messed up, hood not aligned. I don’t recommend this place. Edit 1/18/24 Car was in the shop to fix the errors made by them. New images show orange peel still on the car after 3 months of them having it. Talked to Mike and showed him the orange peel, said “every car has it.” Not to also mention the hood was still not aligned correctly. This place will take the insurance money and leave you with low quality work

This shop is an absolute joke. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I chose this place because of the good reviews and short estimated time. Nate quoted me at 8 days. They had my car for over 5 WEEKS. Nate tried not to laugh when I asked about the possibility of getting a loaner car given they were taking 3xs the amount of time they quoted me at. I had to chase them for updates each week and each time I was told they broke a part and they needed to order another one. They returned my car to me extremely filthy and they even forgot to insert a clip in the interior. My reverse lights were left unplugged. Go somewhere else.

Took our car in for bodywork. Employee unplugged the dashcam and didn't tell us. Just experienced a serious road rage incident and there is no footage. I know this because last video is of the car being pulled into the bay for work and the plug on the dashcam was pulled. completely unacceptable.

While working with John and April from Continental Casualty Company/Sedwick Insurance who were making my experience with resolving my collision very difficult and stressful and honestly hell I, of course. had to get an estimate for repairs. I scheduled and met with Andrew at this body shop and oh my gosh this was a breath of fresh air and the calming professional experience that I needed. The entire staff that I had contact with was incredibly kind, professional, honest, very transparent, and they weren't following a script, they were being themselves. All of these factors combined made me choose them over the other shops that I looked at because the other shops were lacking at least one of these qualities, plus they make me feel welcome and accepted as a customer should. After the insurance company took over 4 months to sort everything out for a simple cut and dry wreck with front and back dash cam video, I went through the very easy process of dropping off my car. Everyone was incredibly nice and helped me with the process of having been in a collision with a company car, which was new to me and they were very informative. The repairs only took just over two weeks, so they work very fast and efficiently, yet were also very thorough and Dave was keeping me updated the whole time by text. A lot of companies seem to use automated texting, but these messages seemed personal and each hand written, a great touch that made me feel genuinely cared for as a customer. I also sent some messages back and provided advice for dealing with the difficult insurance. After the car was repaired and payment processed it took nearly two weeks for the insurance company to make a simple call to say there are no holds and the car can be released. While I became irate, angry, and frustrated and sent out an email directed at the insurance company, partly to be honest and make the manager aware of what was going on and partly to get a rise out of them for how poorly they treated me (probably because the insurance was ghosting me, lying, and breaking laws). However, despite the poor behavior of the insurance company and including this shop as a recipient of the email (I praised the shop in the email as well), the shop staff kept their cool, so they are able to work great under pressure. Since they were such a pleasure to work with, when they asked for me to pick up my car early so they could have a holiday party, I was more than happy to do that for them given all their hard work and efforts. I don't think I got to meet them, but the auto body technicians and support staff also deserve a shout out for making the magic happen behind the scenes, my car looks like nothing happened. All American Auto Body is incredible beyond words and a pleasure to work with, Google needs to add more stars for them, but I found a SuperStar for them, lol!

My experience here was absolutely terrible!! I would never bring another vehicle here again. They took almost 30 days when I was promised 1-2 weeks. Then, they went through three people who work with customers on their cars in the few months it took to get my car fixed. The first fix, they told me I needed a new battery or they couldn't fix my car. That was false. They realized the diagnostic shop they gave me car to did not have their equipment calibrated properly. Then, they gave me my car back with a new spot damaged. Luckily, I had taken photos before. They got my car back in to fix the area they damaged. When I received my car back it was not sunny and looked good. When the sun was out, I noticed holograms all over my car. It was terrible. They said they'd fix it, but I completely lost confidence in them at that point. This is the worst shop you can go to. I was told to use Paramount. I will use them from now on. Stay clear from this place. High turnover and people that just do not care about you or your vehicle.
