Terrible service don’t leave your cars to this mechanic and if you do Always check your car before taking it back to your house I found mine with multiple scratches and dents and they want to be responsible for that

Hugo initially stated that our repair would cost $700, then later said it would be another $300! After we already agreed to the $700! We took our vehicle to another shop that charging only $400 TOTAL! Shady biz practices here!!

I had heard he was a good mechanic with reasonable prices. I decided to give it a shot and took him my car. He game me an estimate and a told me it would be 3-4 days. I wouldn't get calls from him about what was going on and every time I went to his shop, he wasn't ever there or he would tell me parts were in back order or that they had sent him wrong ones. After one month of back and fourth with his all his lies. I received a call that my car was ready for me to pick up. Before I got my keys,he goes to tell me it was another 500$ because of other parts being replaced and labor being a lot more than he had thought.. As soon as I got inside to start it up, it started getting all sorts or error codes on the dash reading check engine, misfire on cylinders and my traction control wasn't working either. RPMs wouldn't go up higher than 5 before it would start shaking as if it was going to fall apart. I opened the hood and looked under the motor and noticed it was leaking oil even worst than when I had taken it in.with that said, I originally took my car in to have the valve cover replaced to stop the small oil leak. After talking to him about it and asking him what was going on. All he had to say was that my car was already like that and hat I hadn't given him the necessary time to complete the work. I called him the following day after taking the car to another mechanic. The cost was almost 2000 to repair all the damage he had caused for taking on a job he had no idea on how to do.Once I took him all the paperwork of the damage and told him I was going to report him to DMV. He offered to give all my money back because he wasn't even registered mechanic shop.

It’s so great when you come across honest professionals. We could have been easily fooled with a new starter or alternator, but we were told the battery was the issue and it was still under warranty somewhere else. If the need ever arises for auto repairs, this is the shop we are coming to. For now, we are happy to recommend Garcia Auto Repair.

!!BEWARE AND DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VECHICAL HERE!! !!AWFUL SERVICES!! I have never has such a HORRIBLE experience with any other mechanic in my life! Hugo has kept my vehicle for OVER a month after having it towed there. Every time I would call, he kept giving excuses after excuses of him "supposedly' working on the vehicle. I would call and would get no answers! Only to come down and it NEVER been worked on! THIS PLACE IS TOTAL JOKE! I will NEVER recommend anyone here! If you are thinking about coming here, I would suggest for you to save your money and time and go with someone else who knows what they are doing and someone who will keep their word, because this place is ABSOLUTELY TRASH!!!!! I WILL MAKE SURE TO REPORT TO THE BB!

I took my truck in to just have it checked out for a long drive, with suspicions that I needed a new wheel bearing. After a brief inspection turns out I need two wheel bearings replaced and a tie rod, he quoted a very reasonable price. When I brought it back for the repairs, he told me that while he was fixing the issue I brought it in for, he found a number of other issues. He went ahead and repaired those as well, he had my Truck ready on time. He didn’t charge me any extra for the work he did, and explained in detail , in a way I could understand all the work he did. This is a small shop, and clearly he’s not in it for the money, but to help people. I will def be returning to him if I need any repair work on the future , and I highly recommend this place for anyone else who needs work done.

What is more, he does not gouge his customers. Why? He is interested in a loyal clientele. Further, he has true integrity. Trust your vehicle repairs to Hugo. I did. He quoted me such a reasonable price and time frame, I felt somehow something was wrong. NOT SO! Hugo's word can be counted on. Think about it. Where could you find such a person? Look no further. A kind, patient and trustworthy mechanic and owner of his own shop says it all. I give Hugo 5 stars and you will too!
