Driven Garage is the go to place for all your service, repair and restoration needs. Especially if you’re the owner of a classic or vintage carbureted “pump twice and crank” vehicle. My 93 year old father has proudly owned a 1978 Buick Electra Limited since 1978, proceeded by a 1970 Buick Riviera Coupe. Before that, if my memory serves me well a 67 convertible. Buick’s (Built American Strong) we’re his go to car. He always kept his cars in immaculate condition, all required services, tune ups, monthly inspections and yearly paint jobs. The Electra still has most of its original parts. But time takes it’s toll and within the past several years she’s began to show her age “These cars were built to last.” Which meant mounting repair cost , more trips to the shop, and months spent waiting on ordered parts to arrive that never seemed to be a proper fit. And even more unpleasant consequence, lack of qualified repair shops that could service an older carbureted car. In comes a shop recommendation from Buick forum “Driven Garage”, after a BAR, AAA check, a read of the reviews, excellent service, knowledgeable, professional, competitive pricing, great customer service. All thumbs up and I’m in complete agreement. And most importantly, my Dad is happily satisfied. And once again has the peace of mind knowing his safety has been assured through such quality service. Thanks Driven Garage. They also provide Museum quality and investment grade restorations. As an artist having done a series of large format digital “vintage grill-work” collages showcasing classic cars from The Academy of Art University Automobile Museum Antique car collection, while studying industrial design, leads to a great appreciation of classic , vintage automobiles as works of art. I came in to tune up the engine and in inspection. Car was bogging and not running well. 71 Chevelle: Performed a complete re-wire of the whole car, new dash and digital gauges, new retro radio/hands-free and speakers, windows alignment, new weather stripping, shifter cable adjustment, transmission check and oil change, and a bunch of odds and ins. I can not say enough about this team. So glad I found them. They make me feel welcome every time I stop by. Were very patient and eager to walk me through the work before and after it was done. Super pro shop that utilizes a great online system to make your request, give accurate estimates, choose the work you want to have done after the estimate is given, follow the progress on the work and communicate with the shop. Overall just a phenomenal experience. This was the first time I returned home from a shop with a smile on my face, feeling like the work I wanted was done above expectations and at a fair price. Stoked to have a new partnership to continue to work on my project who goes above and beyond to build lasting relationships with their customers.

I have gone to Driven 3 times since getting a new Classic car. These guys know what they are doing, they are reasonably priced, can do everything andt they won't jack you. The quality of the work is tops and they know old cars. I've had an old car for over 30 years while living in the Bay Area, you won't find a better shop.

This place is awesome!!! If you have an older car and you want to ensure it's in good hands, this is the only shop to go to. Geoff is a stand up guy with a great team, running an excellent garage. I brought in my 81 Camino (which was probably the newest car there) and shortly after I picked her up and she was sounding and driving like never before. These guys did a great job and did not try to up sell me anything I didn't need. Very straight forward and they actually have a full on conversation with you to understand to what level you want to take the car and invest in it. I'll definitely will be coming back.

This is THE place to take your older/classic car. Geoff and his crew are great!! I have been back multiple times to upgrade my 1977 Chevy Truck. The best place for weird, old cars. I have a ‘68 Saab 96 that the previous owner swapped a later model V4 into. Wiring was an absolute mess. Took it into Driven for a rewire, general inspection, and carb tuneup. I couldn’t be happier with the result. They found hard to find replacement parts and their recommendations have made my car feel decades younger (and safer). You can be assured they’ll take care of your car as if it’s their own.

I needed a shop to install a new 540 Hemi motor in my 71 Plymouth Barracuda. I found Driven Garage from another recommendation and I set up a time to tour the shop. I was impressed with Geoff and the shop so we set up an appointment to take my car and crated motor in. Geoff was very knowledgeable and said it should take less than a week for the install. There was an unforeseen delay due to some missing parts from the previous motor removal at a different shop but Geoff has great suppliers and contacts that provided the needed parts to complete the install. Geoff also had some good recommendations I agreed with to install an MSD ignition and coil since my stock ignition had intermittent issues. My motor bay looks stock so he hid the MSD under the battery tray to keep the stock look. Within 2 weeks Geoff and his crew had the 540 Hemi 700 HP motor installed and running. They went through the entire car including suspension, tightening up loose nuts and bolts and safety wiring many things that should have been wired. Driven Garage went above and beyond my expectations taking extra care with my 71 Barracuda and getting the motor installed quickly. If I need anything else done from minor maintenance to major work or upgrades, exhaust, or paint and bodywork, Driven Garage does it all and will be the place I go. Thank you Driven Garage!

I cannot say enough good things about Geoff and the crew at Driven Garage. I needed help fixing up a 86 Land Cruiser I had bought off the side of the road. From the beginning Brandon was so warm and helpful. When I met Geoff, he not only heard all of my ideas but gave me some of his own for customization and upgrades, which were all fantastic. This collaboration continued throughout the job, and the result was absolutely incredible. They turned an old beater version of my favorite truck into something beautiful, even having to rebuild two doors and a fender in a way I still can't understand how it was even possible. They also made me custom bumpers from scratch that are extremely cool. They were super communicative the whole time and pretty damn fast for such a big job. I'm very glad I found Geoff and his team. We bought a classic but neglected Jeep that needed conversion to power brakes and differential re-gearing. Geoff upgraded to power brakes and re-geared exactly as needed, so it drives like the Jeep it should be. I came away with full confidence that we had top quality work done. Geoff spent a substantial amount of time talking about the vehicle and what we needed, which I appreciated since this vehicle was new to us and I had man questions. His team was professional and a pleasure to work with.
