Horrible customer service. refuse to help customers. Wont stand behind the products they sell. Talked to someone named Ely about the dr. pulley clutch conversion I bought that doesn't fit at all with the spacer they sent and clutch bell doesn't even cover the clutch pads and he tells me that its normal for it not to cover them and to just modify it to fit. the only way I could get a response out of them was to call multiple times. Wont refund money for product they false advertise to fit. STAY AWAY!!!

They broke two teeth off the crank shafts and wouldn't do anything to make it right, basically said good luck. I bought a complete bbk for zuma125 and even had the whole works wpc treated. When I received the parts and inspected them I noticed the crankshaft was damaged. I sent Jay pics of the damage, they wouldn't do a thing for me. This company should be out of business treated customers that way. Buyer beware!!!

Drove to Signal Hill on my off day pickup some bar ends. Google says your hours are from 10-6. I’m outside currently and all the doors are locked. Wished I would have known before making the trip on my Grom all the way from South Bay. 🤦♂️

Bought multiple items. One item in a combo package--cheaper to buy the combo than individually--was not stocked. It was nice of them to let me know after the fact everything shipped. I asked for a refund and didn't see anything for 2 weeks. Shot off an email on week 2 and finally saw a refund on the item 2 days after, not even an apology, just dead silence. Didn't even get a prorated discount on the item they shipped in the combo deal. Unfortunate. I went ahead and completed the rest of my Grom build with HardRacing and Steady Garage.

I ordered a kickstand relocater from them.I had order same from 2 other companies that didn’t have part in stock and excepted my money any way and never delivered.I contact drow and they had the part instock and delivered with in the week.I highly recommend this company for all motorcycle needs. Unopened box received, changed my mind on the purchase, I asked them if I can get a refund, was told I would receive a 1 time full refund being a first time buyer with them. I returned unopened box to sender, then after they received my return I was told I would only receive less than half of my refund for various fees. This is why I will never again do business with them. Amazon sticks to their word at least. Buy from Amazon! In response to below, I was never provided your shipping policies or instructions on how to return, and when I advised Casey that I sent it back and it was the same tracking number as the original, I received a "no problem" response. Also, I have yet to receive my refund or any portion of it that was promised. You not coaching your employees correctly on how to provide complete and accurate shipping policies on returns is not my issue and I shouldn't be punished for that. I expect a full refund. I can see from previous reviews that refunds seem to be an ongoing issue.

Agree with others saying to stay away. Ordered some parts and one was damaged. Instead of sending me what I paid for, I now have to wait for them to get the item back and inspect then maybe get a refund wait again for new part. After reading other reviews I don't know if I will get anything back at all. Charlie has been responsive to my emails but thats probably the only good thing of the whole experience. If I knew it was going to be such a pain I would have ordered elsewhere. Now I have to drop another $100+ to get actual part somewhere else.

DROWsports has poor online services. Twice now, I have placed orders online and both orders have take over a week just to ship. Both times items in the orders were supposedly on back order even though website did not reflect this. I'm pretty sure the only reason my orders shipped was due to me emailing them. When you spend over 500 dollars on an order you expect better service. Don't make the same mistake I did; there are plenty of other sellers that are much more reliable than these people.

This shop accidentally sent me the a more expensive Honda Grom shock when I ordered one for a Ruckus. Not a huge deal, I get that stuff happens. the frustrating part occurs when they require me to send the wrong shock back and see the tracking number in the mail before they will ship my correct part. This makes me feel like you care more about getting your part back than making sure i get what I need and paid for in a timely fashion. Major inconvenience, ya'll lost a customer because of it.

Bad customer service. If you purchase a defective item they will lie to you as if it’s not or say it supposed to be that way. I purchased a kick stand that wouldn’t hold itself open. It would slam shut. Manager and his techs say it’s an automatic retractable kickstand. What a joke. Edit: Two hours later they update the description. Shady business.

DROW's customer service is the best around! I reached out because the short axle that I had on hand was too short for my gy6 setup. As you can see from the photo, I could only thread on my axle nut for about .25inch so it was super unsafe. I had talked to Ely about my issue and he proceeded to measure over 50 short axles to finally find 1 that was slightly longer that would allow me to safely install the rear wheel and axle nut. Customer service is huge in the parts industry and DROWsports has me as a customer for life!
