worse customer service i have seen in awhile they don't work with their customers and the guys so unprofessional and work is sloppy and dirty ,they also wanted me to pay for them to fix what they did wrong. never again i never wrote a review but i had to for them. i don't want to see people in my community deal with them no way . First and last time never again .

Dwyer's glass came highly recommended when my windshield got shattered by a vehicle that failed to clean up the sheet of ice from their roof top. They did a decent job replacing the windshield. However I was very disappointed the quality of the replacement. In less than a month, there were several noticeable cracks on a new and replaced windshield without any occured incidents. I reached out to Dwyers glass to figure out how could this possible be. The told me to come in and they would have another replacement windshield ready by the time would arrived. Mind you, I drove from New Hampshire to Brockton MA. Dwyer's glass failed to informed me of the replacement windshield that arrived more than an hour late and the cost. I was under the impression they were going to fix the problem considering this happened less than 30 days since the replaced the windshield. 6 hours later I was quoted a $400.00 bill to my surprise. Their reasoning for the unexplainable new and cracked windshield that the weather was too cold. My question is if the cold weather could easily crack my windshield how am I to feel safe driving on the road? I could have save the frustration, time and money spent there. I spent over $800.00 whithin a month to replace 2 lesser than valuable windshield suited for my vehicle. They should've been upfront and honest with me about the findings and the cost of repair before replacing the exact windshield I was told got cracked because the weather has been too cold. I'm very disappointed with the outcome. I'll definitely take my business elsewhere.

I am an experienced general contractor and my company specializes in complicated remodeling projects. Overall it was easy to deal with Dwyer's Glass, if I remember correctly they even sent a hand written receipt. The delivery was professional and on time- reacheable via cell. Communication via email and voice relatively seamless, price- best that I have found out of 10 places for 3/16" mirror. The 4/5 is for having a mistake in ordering which resulted in a few weeks of delay. Will do business again. If client updates with regards to performance will be updated at a later date.

They installed three large windows and a year later two of the windows are great but the third window is leaking and ice is coming inside. I am not finding a way to attach photos here, but please see my Yelp review with photos. A call to the owner revealed he will not stand behind his work after a certain time frame. He claimed that the snow was up to the window and I showed him a photo where it clearly is not. The other two windows have snow but no leakage. He was annoyed to be bothered on a Sunday and accused me of threatening him but he simply did not like my tone. I had already reached out to his answering service as he suggested and they are nothing but rude. Proceed at your own peril.
