Purchased a 2013 Nissan Rouge from this dealership in May of 2023! This was my first car purchase, and I unfortunately went in by myself, and was taken for the ride of my life! I later found out through the Vin number on Carmax what the dealer obviously already knew. They had me put a downpayment of $2,000.00, and finance an additional $8,000.00 through their finance company to purchase the car! As you can see, I paid $10,000.00 for a 10 year old car, with 130.00 miles on it, with a six month warranty!! Now I understand a profit…but this was a robbery…at least Jessie James, had a horse, and a gun! Well at the 6 month mark the car, when accellerated, slows down to a complete stop, and the dealer refuses to take my calls! My plan is to seek legal action, but a warning to anyone who happens upon this dealership, .do not walk….RUN away as fast as, you can! It baffles me how these people can actually sleep at night by ripping off their contomers! BUYER BEWARE!

Worst place to get your car fix, and the manager Chris is very very unprofessional. He scream at customers and a liar on top of that and he is good on lying. We will see in Court soon. This comment was before and now after Chris is not working there anymore, everything is fine and goes accordingly. Thank God, I met Anthony a such nice guy who helped me resolve all my concerns and get my car fixed properly and get rid of the check engine light that I had for months under the old green Auto management who was very rude and unprofessional. I called green auto and spoke to Kyle he was very helpful and had me scheduled to come in the next day to diagnose the vehicle . Upon arrival I greeted with a smile very nice atmosphere, he was quick and efficient only had a small wait.
