I was travelling thru Memphis on my way home in NC and a mounting bolt came off of a brake caliper, I called around trying to find someone who could look at it asap, one of the garages recommended E & E, they did indeed look at it right away and when they found their regular vendors had none of the bolts in stock, they went to a hardware store and got a longer one and cut it to length... I was back on the road in about an hour!!

I told them to put on a starter which they did beautifully, but my car was always running before the starter went out and turned out to just be a loose ground cable. They pulled the car out of the garage on its own power. I went to put gas in the car and it did nothing when I tried to start it. I took the car back to the shop to get them to start it back up again but they told me they don’t work on cars for free and put my car on the side of the road by the shop and never fixed it. They don’t treat their customers well at all and have no courtesy for the customers. Now I am left with a car that is not running that was running before they did the work. Thanks for nothing E and E worst repair shop in Memphis.
