Don't bother calling they are too busy they say. Very unorganized cant seem to keep track of customers and jobs told me they couldn't even look at the job but yet called me back thinking I was a different customer to arrange for me to bring the car in to look at it..

EE&K is the best!! They are professional, honest, experienced, and certified. They replaced my 2019 C300's coolant pipe with genuine Mercedes parts, saving me more than $600.00 (half the dealership's cost). I brought my car in to EE&K a few days after having my 10,000 mile service completed at the dealership. Come to find out the dealership didn't even change my wiper blades, despite documentation claiming otherwise. EE&k changed my wiper blades and completed a more thorough inspection. I highly recommend E E & K for their exceptional and trustworthy service!

Took my vehicle to the shop for an oil leak!! charge me for oil leak fixed with gaskets!!!So he say !!! Tried to charge me for something I already had fixed at Bmw!!! Two weeks later, my oil still leaking in the same spot never once did he say I had a oil pan leak fix some leaks on the built charge me overcharge for something he didn’t fix I still have the same oil leaks on my carport!!! now he’s saying it’s the oil pan take it somewhere else don’t come back. What about my warranty on the stuff you already fix iI done spend $5000 at this shop for him to tell me not to come back questioning you about what’s going on with my car now, he said don’t come back. 👍🙏🏼😊🥷🏿 I won’t be back and I hope y’all don’t go either

I do most of my own auto maintenance but sometimes I just don't feel like it. Decided to try this shop since a previous shop thought they would pull a fast one but was caught. I just needed a simple gear oil change but like I said, I didn't want to bother with it. The shop was clean and they are very experienced and knowledable about the only two makes they work on. Mercedes and BMW. The cost of having it done was very reasonable in my opinion. If taken to the dealership I have no doubt the cost would have been double. Will most likely use them in the future as I'm not getting any younger LOL

Great customer service, I was informed and kept in the loop of things during the entirety of the process. I had an auxiliary battery that needed to be changed. There was no auxiliary battery, as it was a sensor. They ordered the sensor and fixed the issue. I will keep coming here for oil changes and any other issue I may have.
