I've been having my vehicles serviced at EZ Auto for several years and I do not take them anywhere else. Jason is very professional, fair and understanding and is an excellent manager of the shop. He is always transparent and accomodating. His mechanics are excellent as well. I've also recommended EZ Auto to other family members who were also impressed and have continued with ongoing service. This is a 5 star car shop!

I needed a state inspection and some bulbs changed for my license plate, before I could get comfortable in the waiting lounge they were finished! Fast service, professional and courteous staff is all you can ask for when dealing with your car!

I recently scheduled a pre-booked appointment for a 5-minute inspection, expecting a smooth and efficient experience. However, I was met with significant delays and a lack of customer service that left me quite frustrated. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted warmly and checked in for my appointment. However, after I sat down, I quickly realized that the seemingly straightforward inspection might not be as quick as I had hoped. The wait time ballooned to nearly an hour before I was finally seen. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise in any service setting, it was disheartening to see other customers who arrived after me being taken in for their inspections before I was. I felt compelled to remain seated for fear of being passed over entirely, which added to the frustration of the wait. The environment in the shop was decent, but the lack of communication regarding the delays left a lot to be desired. A simple update about the status of my appointment or an estimated wait time would have made the experience much more bearable. Instead, I sat there watching the clock and growing increasingly impatient as I attempted to balance my frustration with the hope that the inspection would be quick once it finally began. Once I was finally called in, the inspection itself did indeed take only a few minutes. However, the lengthy wait preceding it overshadowed the service I received. It’s unfortunate because, under different circumstances, I’m sure this could have been a positive experience. TL:DR while the inspection itself was efficient, the overall experience was marred by a lengthy wait and poor communication. If you choose to visit this shop, I recommend preparing for potential delays, and if you have other commitments, perhaps consider scheduling your appointment at a time when you can afford to wait.

My neighbor recommended EZ Auto and I wasn’t disappointed. My car needed a lot of work done and the dealership was quoting me nearly $3000 for the cost. EZ Auto gave me a deal and did for around $2000 and saved me over $800. I recommend going to see them, especially if you’re in the Braintree, Quincy, or Weymouth area!

This place is amazing Service and also customer service as well. I came out to my truck this morning with the starter broken. I called Easy auto and told them I had to Plow tonight and I was in a pinch. It was a longshot, but I. Had it towed to these guys and in less than an hour they called me to come pick it up. I couldn’t believe it.. these guys are super nice , efficient and easy to deal with I highly recommend them !

I have been coming to EZ Auto for a few years/ cars now. They are the most welcoming staff. Whenever I need assistance they try to fix it the day I call. I just recently had to come in for repairs and I was quoted a price, when I came in it was $100 lower. When does that ever happen. Honest, reliable, and fair. The only place I will take my car. Ez Auto is my one stop auto shop. They are absolutely amazing with everything from service to even buying a vehicle. Shout outs to there new manager Anthony who is the perfect manager for Ez Auto. Anthony is a very kind and honest manager who takes pride in giving outstanding service at Ez Auto to not only our Weymouth area but all throughout the South shore area. I highly recommend Ez Auto they do amazing work on vehicles and the work is done efficiently and the right way the FIRST time that it’s done. Also, there is nevee ever a surprise on cost with EZ, the price that your told is the price you end up paying after the work is done. I myself had had Auto body work to brakes and bought my 18 year olds first vehicle there as well. Do yourself a favor and check out EZ Auto see what they have to offer and you will be thanking me later. Thanks for outstanding work and service to all my vehicles throughout the year. Also shout outs to Jason also very honest and has great interpersonal skills with ha customers. I e nevee ever had a problem with anything I’ve had done with these guys their truely great. And it can definately be a bit intimidating entering a Auto shop especially being a woman, not knowing if you will be taken seriously or given a true diagnosis on whatever is wrong with you vehicle. E-Z Auto is hands-down one of the best shops I’ve ever been to.I brought my car in for some unexpected repairs and they took care of everything fast. The staff was super friendly and explained what was going on without trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. You can tell they really care about doing right by their customers. Fair prices, honest work, and great communication—what more could you ask for? I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
