I had a scratch on my door. They said we need to paint the door. I gave them $1000. When i I take back the car, I have notice they didn’t paint the door, they repaired only. And they took $1000 for repair. It is not honest. Don’t trust them.

I was recently involved in a pretty minor accident and I looked up good service near me. Fortunately, I came across EBC and they were tremendous in getting my car repaired. Not only was their team effective in communicating issues, but they were also extremely transparent in repairs and costs. The EBC team will also push to get parts as fast as they possibly can with an extensive knowledge base.

I have had a couple of cars (Mercedes-Benz) repaired by EBC and the quality and workmanship has been outstanding. Both cars literally return back to factory condition. You can tell that Freed and company are car guys and take great pride in their work. They're true craftsmen not just banging out dents and paint to collect insurance money. I am very fastidious about my vehicles and want the work done right, I'll only trust EBC. They really care about their craft. Would highly recommend, especially if you have a high-end vehicle or exotic.

A friend referred me to this place. I needed to fix my sliding door lock actuator on my van. They told me to leave it and they'll call me when it's done. I barley got hm when they called saying it was done already. This place I recommend, don't go anywhere else this is the place to go. They were also reasonable. Thanks guys for your very good service. You can rarely get all three from a body shop: honest owner, good work, and a great price. However, east bay took my scratched Lexus and provided a service for non-bay area prices. The colors matched perfectly and the owner was an awesome dude that denied a tip from me. Finding a great mechanic is one of the most challenging professions to find but east bay collision center gave me some hope for the Bay Area. Glad I found it.

Freed(owner) was very helpful. I had my BMW's rear door dinged/dented in a parking lot and the damage was very noticeable. The door needed to have the dent fixed and also required a respray. Freed and his team were very responsive and were able to bring the car's door back to new condition. I highly recommend this shop. They provide outstanding customer service and quality of work. If I ever run into any problems in the future I will take my cars here.

I recently had my car serviced at EBC, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. The issue with my Tesla model Y was diagnosed/quoted/repaired quickly along with a transparent quote and estimated turnaround time. There were no surprises or hidden fees—just honest, top-notch service. The Owner and technicians clearly know what they’re doing and took great care in making sure the repair was done right the first time. What really stood out to me was the level of communication. I brought my Lamborghini Huracan Spyder to East Bay Collision and they exceeded my expectations. I came in looking to get a wrap done but had a last second change of heart and decided to stick with the factory paint and get a full vehicle PPF installation. Incredible body shop can’t say enough good things about them! Honest, quick, and professional in every sense of the word. I’ve had multiple cars brought here and they always exceed my expectations. The owner Fred truly cares about every car that comes in. They’re very meticulous in making sure everything is perfect. I recently found out that they offer detailing, paint protection film, and ceramic coating services as well. They are one of the few shops in the area that are XPEL certified. I brought my BMW M2 in for a front clip PPF and ceramic coating and it looks absolutely amazing. Came out better than I could’ve even expected. They even installed my carbon front lip for me. They’ve earned a customer for life, I wouldn’t bring my cars anywhere else!
