If I could give 0 star I would for the car wash itself. I am giving one star for the cashier. I paid for the $11 premium wash but my car was still dirty after the wash. I asked for a refund at the cashier and I must say he was easy and gave it to me promptly. Also the machine seems not to operate correctly and it seems a recurring issue.

Great spot for auto detailing! Very reasonable price and they did a great job - car looks shiny and new! Convenient location too - the service took a few hours, so I walked to Fremont Hub to kill time.

Went in for a smog today. Business as usual, inspection and smog. I have a Ford E-250 van I took in for inspection. In the middle of the inspection, the serviceman came inside and told another technician to “change to this” Total for my vehicle was $88.50 for a smog. My receipt for smog was billed for a Ford F-250 Super Duty. When I spoke up about this, I quickly was met with fast, pressures speech and a smirk and was reassured that the mistake was within their system, not the DMV. I didn’t have time to argue, but pretty sure a full-sized diesel truck for inspection is more and I was up charged for a smog. Felt shady.

DON’T come to this place for your oil change. They don’t ask you what type of oil change you want. My car is just 34000 miles, but they use high mileage oil without asking me, and just charged me a higher price. DISHONEST.

This place is kind of a hidden gem. Staff is friendly and helpful. 1 stop for almost everything. I had a smog done here that was completed in a matter of minutes for only $40. Great gas prices, a car wash and best of all they have yellow gas (e85)!! Great location with easy access from Stevenson or Paseo Padre.

Had a couple of oil changes at this place. Last time during the oil change, the technician recommended break service to change break pads. After change both front and back pads there, the car begins to have break noises. Then the technician made new recommendation to change rotors. Totally disappointed, I am expecting transparent recommendation upfront. Lost trust at this place, I had to go to wheels work to do inspection again and redo the break work again. Totally wasted $400 at this place.

Excellent locally owned business. I trust the owners daughter as I can send my teenage daughter to her and don't have to worry about her being ripped off by upcharges. Oil changes a bit expensive but in line with other similar places. Always get my smog check here as they are quick and pretty inexpensive. No issue at all with the integrity of the mechanics. Highly recommended

I would give 0 stars but google is nice to everyone. They should close this place ! Let me tell you … I always do my oil change+ filter and tire rotation but that week I was in rush because I was going camping in 2 hours. 1. No Name oil Brand no other options, let’s say this one is whatever. 2. They inflate my tires to the moon 4.2 luckily I always check after I go to places like this. 3. He use the air compressor to tight all the lock nuts so I had to use a impact to take them off. 4. He use a impact for my oil pan bolt took me 4 minutes to take that off because he strip it. I go back after a week because I was at the gas station next to it and I ask why he put 4.2psi in the tires and ask him if he know about the information on the driver door he of surprisingly said “ we put 4.2 in every car “ they lost me there. I will not go and fight with them for nothing. All I say is this people did not work with a pro mechanic one day in their life. They don’t know better and they think they do a good job. Is a shame to have they good location and offer such a poor service! Just because the people are “ nice “ doesn’t mean they know what they are doing.

Great Staff. Went there for an oil change. They found some existing issues and recommended me which ones are most important vs which I can ignore. The customer service was very warm. Felt easy to talk too. Recommend them to anyone in the area.

I came for an oil change. Told them I only had 15-20 minutes, they said that was more than enough. In fact they have a "10 minute oil change" sign right outside. They ended up taking 35 minutes. They advertise the price as $40, I ended up paying $55, turns out the $40 is only for up to 4 quarts of oil. My car takes regular oil just fine, but they kept insisting I should do full synthetic. This business seemed very dishonest, they'll do anything to get you in and try to upsell you stuff you don't need.

Best staff and amazing customer service. I walked in with a noise issue with my car. They were very welcoming, attended immediately to the problem. Owner of the service center is one of the most kind, humble and sweet person. He took time himself in checking the issue, fixed the noise issue and did not even charge me for the service. I have never heard of any free service no matter how minor the issue is. Also, fair prices for the services & entire staff is very friendly which is a bonus. I would suggest to visit the service center for all your vehicle servicing needs and experience the best customer service.

I went for smog test. The moment I pulled in, someone came and asked how they can help. I don't have any coupon but still they gave me the coupon price. They did not try to sell me any extra services. Car tires pressure was less and they took care of it. Office staff are welcoming. I had end-to-end great experience. It is my first visit to this facility and I would not hesitate to visit again for their services.

Today(28Aug2021, 10:30am), just coming out from Auto1 service center, done oil change along with air filter , transmission fluid. Theres free basic car wash with full synthetic oil change. Friendly staffs Mr. Ahamed & Mr. Ibrahim. I’m really very satisfied the way they explained and shown things to be done in my todays visit. Thanks to Mr. Ahmed & Mr. Ibrahim Brother’s 🙏🏻 As I’m new to Fremont, CA. I don’t know about others service. This is my 1st service in Fremont, CA. Yes, its always, “1st Impression is the best impression”!! I’m impressed with their service. Price is reasonable!

SCAM! DO NOT GO! I went for my smog test. The owner tried to distract me while his “mechanics” simply opened the vehicle and came out after 2 mins. Then they tried hard to sell me a new battery, telling all sorts of problems if I don’t. They charged me for a “failed” smog test but did not actually do the test. Avoid at all costs, the owner will try to sugarcoat things and talk in a deceptive way to distract you.
