I took my son's Landrover to them and they were very rude to me. They gave me three different prices and every time I asked a question about pricing on something specific, they got impatient and changed what they previously said. The guy told me to take my car elsewhere because I was telling him what he said and correcting his words. Then they complained that they were taking too many calls from me (they called me twice and I called them twice back). Finally, I decided to take my car elsewhere and they still charged me $50 for "all the calls" and the work to check it out because as he said "he had to charge me something". Their customer service web page says to ask questions but they clearly didn't like that.

My brake warning thing came on telling me to add fluid, this happened after I slammed my brakes. I called East Side and they said they would look at it but it wouldn't be until a couple of days due to them being booked. Shawn asked that I bring it by and he can take a quick look to see if it's safe to continue to drive until my appointment. I did and he added brake fluid. I dropped my car off a couple days later so that he can give a more thorough brake inspection. I got a call that afternoon and he told me that I had 50% in the front and 75% in the back, or vice versa; anyway, I was thrilled! A car shop that didn't rip me off! I had a great experience and felt they were honest. I will definitely bring my car back.

Absolutely incredible service. Honest and trustworthy- have been a customer for more than 10 years! On more than one occasion, I have taken my car in asking for work I thought I needed only to be told that I didn't actually need it. They could have easily taken my money to do the work I asked for and I wouldn't have known the difference but they were honest and care about the customer more than their bank account.

This place really truly helped us out. My son was driving to MD and his car broke down. We towed the car to East Side Auto Service on Friday night at 11pm and used the overnight drop off envelope while they were closed. We had left for a trip on and my son needed his car done by Wednesday so he could drive 5 hours back to his place so he could get to work the next day. We spoke to Wayne on the phone on Monday and asked if it could be done in time. At first, he told us they were completely booked out until after July 4th. So we started calling around trying to figure out what to do, but then he called us back and said he could get the car fixed by Wednesday. It was a little pricey, but the fact they could get it done in 2 days and squeeze us in while being completely booked up for the next 3 weeks was wonderful. We got the car and it runs great. Really, truly helped us out In an inconvenient emergency situation

Can’t say enough how pleased I have been with East Side Auto. Experienced a significant issue with my vehicle on a Friday afternoon. Despite being fully booked the following week they enthusiastically allowed me to drop the vehicle off on Sunday evening and was able to complete the repairs by the following Wednesday. They have been my “go to” mechanic for over 15 years and enjoy my complete confidence and trust!!
