This guy Robert is not very reliable, not on time very much, and doesn't do a very good job. Several times he needed to change my unit in the car does not work this is the second time it's been down over a month in the last 6 months that I've had this work done. I do not recommend this guy, he even leaves before I'm finished looking at the car after he says he's done with it. I'll give it a look over and I pull my head back out of my car and he's already pulled out and gone.. pretty shady. He works out of this building by appointment only. Sometimes he gets short and seems a little angry when talking. My car broke down because the unit he put in not because of the car itself, I asked him what he could do he said " what is it worth to you" I am not sure what he meant by that but if he doesn't have prices why would you ask me what it's worth me to get it done? isn't that extortion, I don't know but he is back and forth with his words, one time he says just bring me in a hand unit and then I bring him the hand unit another time and he said no I need the whole car here it is it illegal blah blah blah give me some speech when I was doing what he said the first time shady character shady business do not see this guy.
