A shuttle to Bass Pro shop (1 1/2) miles would have been nice. You can resolve your parking problem for the Quick Lane. Check out the dealerships in San Antonio. I suspect the lack of competition in the Georgetown area creates this, "I don't care" attitude.

I told the guy I wanted a synthetic blend oil change and he no problem. But when I picked up my car he told me that they did the full synthetic oil change. He didn't even call me to ask me if it was ok do go ahead and do that .on top of that he LIED to me flat out when I asked if they had rotated my tires. I looked at my receipt and it says on there that it was not done. Come on! Will never come back and would not suggest anyone take their car to someone who flat out lies to customers.

I'm still waiting for them to fix my brand new car. I was at the service department almost 3 months ago and no one has called me back. I was sold I veh6that sat in a field next to a granite mine and they gave e me a vehicle that had a ton of animal feces under that hood and 3 days later when I asked them to clean it and looked check all of the wiring, the salesman told me it happened when o took possession of the vehicle and that I would be charged for the work. I have problems with my car and I can't get any help. I am disgusted with Mak Haik for and have talked to my local news and have let everypeosin I meet know how I was treated.

Trevor Lindel and James Main could not have been better, they got my F450 in and serviced it in no time at all, hardly had time to finish my coffee. The price was less than the other dealers in the area and the vehicle was clean and all fluids were filled, tires had the air pressure set correctly and that’s not a easy task on a dual rear wheel truck! Thank you Mac Haik!

Ordered and bought new F-250. I have had more problems with this dealership (Mack Hyac)and truck than any of over 20 new vehicle we have bought all put together. Every time we take it for service it comes back with damage that was not there before. Which means another visit to dealership to repair that. Then more damage. After dash cluster recall and replacement then my driver door unlock don’t work and truck alarm goes off randomly. Dash is broke and grease all over passenger seat. The day of delivery the low air pressure was on as they delivered it to us and said it should go off but didn’t. So I had to go to tire shop on day two of owning it. I would not recommend Mac Hyac to any one. I would recommend you don’t go to them I give them a 1 of 10.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Shawn Grant a number of times over the past 3 years. He has changed my attitude of taking my vehicle to the dealer for repairs. He’s an excellent Service Advisor and I always request him. My recent problem was my trailer brake system not working. Shawn got Charlie Tinchnet and Trevor Lindell involved. They spent an hour with me and my truck and trailer and tracked down the issue to be in my trailer. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Oh my gosh this place is THE PLACE to get a new car. Their process was so simple and transparent, zero negotiating/hassle, they just got me the right price and car the very first time they ran numbers. I drove out with a brand new 2024 Ford Mustang Ecoboost Premium for LESS money than my Toyota Camry despite having all the same features and MORE than the 2025 Toyota Camry XSE. They did not try to ‘pull one over on me,’ they didn’t pretend my payment expectations were too hard to meet like most car dealerships, they just did it and I mean in less than 20 minutes. Aside from the seamless car buying experience the people and vibes of this place are unmatchable. Max, my car salesman, was very funny, easy to talk to, and executed flawlessly on exactly what I asked for. Gabriel, the Finance Manager, was probably the funnest human being I’ve ever met and sets the standard for absolutely everything a finance manager should be. I felt like this was all too good to be true but here I am with my new Mustang parked in the garage and yet I’m paying less than I was before with my overpriced economy car. You guys worked magic, made me laugh until my face hurt the entire time I was there, won me over as a Mac Haik Ford customer FOR LIFE, and you even make me want to apply here if I ever decide to go into car sales. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Please stay this way forever! You make dreams come true for people! I love you all! You also redefine the simplicity and ease car buying should be for ALL dealerships.

Really great experience. Zollie was a fantastic part of the car buying process. Avoided the whole “let me get my manager” ordeal. May cause a bit of eye rolling in this business, but Zollie cares about your experience and getting to know your needs rather than “getting you into a vehicle today.” No slimy tactics just a good listener and partner in making a sound selection. He’s a consummate professional and a genuine person. Also, shout out to Ryan! Another great salesperson!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this service center for over 20 years and have always trusted them with my vehicles. Over the years, I worked with a number of excellent advisors, many of whom have since retired or moved on. Unfortunately, the level of service has noticeably declined in recent visits. On my previous visit, my vehicle was kept for two full days for a routine oil change and wasn’t ready for pickup until the third day. I understand that shops can get busy, so I gave the benefit of the doubt. However, needing to rent a car for something as basic as an oil change was extremely inconvenient and unexpected. My most recent experience was even more disappointing. I brought my vehicle in because both brake lights were out, and I expected that an electrical issue would be ruled out before jumping to bulb replacement. I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM, specifically noting I needed it back by the next morning for travel. I didn’t hear back until 1:00 PM, at which point I was told they had just started looking at it. After receiving no further updates, I followed up at 5:00 PM and was told they hadn’t found an issue but needed to keep the car another day. I declined and picked up my vehicle that evening. I was charged $59 for two brake light bulbs—parts that likely cost around $5 each—and my vehicle actually requires four bulbs. I have serious doubts that the service was fully completed. Regardless, I paid the invoice and chose to move on. Sadly, I will no longer be bringing any of our vehicles here. The last few experiences reflect a concerning lack of communication, attention to detail, and transparency in pricing. Unless you are highly familiar with your vehicle and the cost of parts and labor, I would advise caution. Customer service has become unreliable, and even getting someone on the phone to schedule an appointment has proven difficult.

My first time going to AVGMC SERVICE DEPARTMENT and I was lucky enough to get Kordian a Rep with the service department, he took care of all my needs was very polite and knowledgeable. I only hope everyone at AVGMC is as professional, polite,patient as Mr. Kordian was with me. A great ambassador to show case AVGMC professionalism. Smart move AVGMC having such great customer service and great service!. They had my car back to me in a timely fashion even though I had a major job done. Best move in made all year in contacting AVGMC instead of settling!. Thank you guys so much for a great experience I'm a satisfied customer and lifetime client. I'll see you soon with my wife car.
