Mike was very professional and helpful. They had my SUV since Dec 12th and I received it back Jan 14th. Although the turnaround time was supposed to be 17 days it was longer. Mike made sure I had a rental car after my time expired for my rental car through my insurance claim. The tire had a slow leak and I returned it. The TPMS sensor light wouldn’t stay off for nothing. I had to have my vehicle taken to a Nissan dealership to have the sensor reprogrammed. I would definitely use ebbys again but praying it has nothing to do with tires. Thanks again Mike

I do not recommend Abby’s Auto Collision. I called about getting an estimate on my vehicle after a recent accident. Instead of helping, they were very rude and unprofessional. The conversation went from simply asking who my vehicle was insured by to them insisting I had to go through my insurance company for an estimate even though my Progressive advisor, Kyle, had already told me it would be best for me to drop the car off and have both estimates done together at the collision center. I even called them on a three-way call with my insurance advisor, trying to make the process easier, and the guy at Abby’s accused me of being rude when all I wanted was to get my car fixed and follow the correct process. I was referred here after learning that Honda no longer does collision work, but after how I was treated, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. They clearly weren’t interested in helping or understanding my situation. Terrible customer service and very disappointing experience.

A 5-star job quickly turned into 2 stars. Just based on safety concerns. I got my vehicle serviced here around Christmas time last year. It took almost a week to get my vehicle in due to scheduling. OkCool. In the meantime, I was looking for other auto body shops to service my vehicle because who really wants to wait around Christmas to get their vehicle fixed. (I also had travel plans) I told Mr. Bishop that I would be looking at other shops but still put me on the schedule. He said no problem, if you find somewhere else let us know. I definitely should've gone to another shop!!!! Trusting their expertise got me a botched job. After almost waiting 2 weeks to get my vehicle serviced, it got repaired, and all was well (besides the fact they broke a piece and was hesitant of releasing the pictures--strange) I drove my vehicle about 2 miles and noticed my horn was inoperable. I immediately let the shop know. Their lack of concern was disappointing! I let Mr. Bishop know my horn was working BEFORE it came into the shop, they gave me so many excuses on how it wasn't them, cars do this, they didn't know what would've caused the problem. Blah blah BS After a million and one excuses about how they weren't at fault, Mr. Bishop recommended a out of pocket price because "the horn just stopped working". Which ofc I declined because my horn worked perfect, before it came into their shop. They finally reached back out to my insurance company, who of course paid it. DUH it's a safety concern!! This could've been resolved, and I shouldn't have waited almost TWO weeks for an operable horn. This could've turned into a serious problem in the event I got into an accident due to their negligence, lack of safety, and competence. I will never recommend this body shop to any friends, family, or people looking to get body work done. It's sad they let a vehicle out on the road, in the winter(around the time it was inclement weather in the Hampton Roads) with a horn issue. Do better! The body work isn't even THAT good. Do better!

I had a great experience with Mike at Ebby’s Auto Body and Collision. He did an excellent job on my car, was honest about the work that needed to be done, and completed everything in a timely manner. Mike communicated with me throughout the entire process and kept me updated so I always knew where things stood and when my car would be ready. I also used their after-hours drop-off and pick-up, and it was incredibly convenient with zero issues at all. Overall, the service was professional, transparent, and stress-free.
