No los recomiendo a Nadie por favor ese Elier es muy poco profesional y no cumple con su trabajo fui en marzo y le entregué mi camón confié en ellos y a los 7 meses se volvió a romper lo mismo que ellos me habían arreglado me cobraron 1605 dólares carísimo y muy mal trabajo de Elier no sirve “.Luego voy y les explico que se rompe la misma reparación que ellos me hicieron hace 7 meses y me dice que él da garantía 6 meses solamente pero en el recibo que yo filmé me dije bien claro 12 meses de garantía y el estafador me dice que me la va a arreglar pero cuando él pueda que ahora no puede. Bueno no voy a seguir comentando aquí les voy a dejar fotos y evidencia de lo que hablo y por favor no se deje. engañar por Elier ese no es hombre ni profesional 👎, nunca vallan a ese taller .

I tried posting the review several times,(but it kept erasing, for some reason)! "All's well that end's well", (to an extent, & I'll give 'em the benefit of the doubt and give 'em a couple of more stars). He did NOT charge me for putting the sensor in, after my 1st visit where He put in an alternater(which should have NOT been damaged, since it was put in only a couple of months ago, but NOT by Him NOR bought at His/this shop), so I have to return to the place that I bought it, and ask for a refund! Let's also give Brian R. (from the nearest Auto Zone, a couple of blocks away, whom told me after putting the computer on the battery,(instead of inside the car, as Mr. Elier did on my 2nd visit, being that my car, kept shutting off, in the middle of traffic, to/fro work) that it was the alternater, in turn referring me to Mr. Elier at ELG auto shop), the "benefit of the doubt" and NOT assume that He and Mr. Elier are in cahoots! He (Mr. Elier), did call me back, to see how the car was doing, and to explain to me that it was two problems going on at once(both the alternater, and the sensor), total cost(including labor: $500.00+)! Hopefully they(Mr. Elier, & Mr. Brian R., did NOT take advantage of a woman alone,(like me), & karma will NOT get them(or a woman in their families, such as an Aunt, Mother, Sister, Daughter, or Grandmother)! Mr. Elier's Auto shop has a sign that says that He's specially certified, so my question is, Why did He go by Brian's word, and NOT put the computer inside the car to double-check, in did He indeed see that the alternater was broken, once He was under my car's hood? I'm still doubtful! Someone's NOT being totally honest here! Perhaps, it was the place that sold me the first alternater, a couple of months ago! By the way, why do they keep the old alternaters, which are taken out of our cars to refurbish and sell them, when we bought them out right, aren't they ours? What gives them the right to do so?🤔

I’ve been to many mechanics before, but I had never met one who gave me the kind of trust and confidence that Elier did — enough that I know I’ll keep going back whenever I need help in the future. The first time I went to his workshop, Elier was incredibly kind; instead of charging me for the most expensive part, he helped me get a good price and made sure I wasn’t overpaying. Throughout the entire repair process, he was attentive, patient, and pleasant, even when I asked questions that probably sounded silly because I don’t know much about cars.
