This is incredible. I've been here twice for a flat tire. The first time, I arrived at 6:45am, so was the first customer, and was here until 7:52. Almost an hour for one customer, just one tire with even a nail in it. This second time, I arrived at 1:29pm, they said,there are 5 more cars coming before of my, so it going to takes around 3 hours. Now it is 4:10pm and there are still 3 more cars before. Almost 3 hours for 2 cars. It is just unacceptable.

3pm and they said they were fully booked til 8? Come in the next day and the same story. I even brought just the rims to mount and balance them, but apparently the 9 cars ahead of me were all they could do in 5 hours. The workers were also not willing to help or assist

Not as bad as expected from reviews. Rosa in cashier's office was great/very pleasant & helpful despite language barrier. Four tires took less than 2 hours....not that bad. BUT can see why Oil Change customers are upset: suppose to open @ 7am, line formed, but didnt even take the first car in til 7:45!!

I had a flat tire few days ago. I ordered the tire from Walmart’s website and also had an appointment with auto care tire installation. The appointment was quick; I could find an available slot for the next day and my tire would also arrive to the auto care center by my appointment time. The next day, I went to the Auto Care Center. The ladies at the check-in made me wait for almost 15-20 minutes for check-in. When I finally started to complain that I had been waiting and I was going to lose my appointment time, Jesse, the manager stepped in and took care of my appointment and check in. My car was ready to check out in half an hour with my tire installed.

Great price for an oil change just don't leave your backpack in the car. I left my work backpack close and when i returned to pick up my car my backpack was open One of their employees look through my bag. I told the manager he said he look at the camera but he didn't see anything hmmm.

would rate zero stars if i could. took them 40 mins to do one cars oil change. I waited over two hours in a long line for an oil change. no sense of urgency among the team members. one stayed on his phone the whole time and just looked at the long line of cars. only had one guy on oil changes. completely ridiculous

This was my first time here and never again. I got there at 9:26 am, I was the first car. I got out at 10:52 am. Not very good, especially for the first car. Some customers told me they have had to wait over 6 hours during weekends, which is outrageous to me. The dealership is more expensive but my time is precious. The solution would be to get more technicians and a faster process. It can be done.

Too crowed, I tried Walmart for my new tires and tires are good I am satisfied with that but installer tech never notified me regarding a TPMS sensor that needs to be replaced. Oil technician super nice guy. Cashiers good experience at the begining but was a different one when I went to pay that she doesn't know about customer services and that's why Walmart is losing clients. Service personal should be separate from cashier but this is the way Walmart in Hialeah works. Welcome to new Cuba here. So clarifications Oil tech A+, first cashier A, tire tech C-, and last cashier D.....we learned from mistakes and I learned...next time pepboys or firestone. So good tires and price but not a really good service center for your needs.

Horrible service. Had an appointment at 12 noon for tire rotation and a patch on one of my tires, my car was finished at 3:30 p.m. After I drove off, tires were all 5lbs under and technitian programmed the tire meter on my dash board incorrectly. Do not recommend this location if you are trying to get good, timely, quality service.

I went on a Sunday afternoon and the lobby was packed with waiting customers. It was obvious they needed two people behind the counter as opposed to one. However, the guy working did his best. He was professional and accommodating. Unfortunately..I waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told the tires I needed weren't in stock. Another customer experienced the same thing after waiting in line for an alignment...only to be told they didn't provide that service. They need more people working the counter.

Auto care service was quick and easy. Came in for a battery change and was out in 35 min. The battery has a 4 year warranty and way less than the regular auto part stores and lets not talk about the dealer.

This walmart auto care center does not honor appointments. They have one mechanic for oil changes and 5 empty bays. Avoid this location.

Purchased 4 brand new tires at a very good price set up appointment to install tires auto center manager was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Tire technicians were very knowledgeable and professional they took the time to do everything right the first time. Excellent service, excellent price. I came in after a minor car accident that left me with two flat tires at 6 pm, an hour before they closed. I was turned away by one associate but the Auto Care Center manager, Jose came out and helped so much! He realized the urgency of the situation, that I’d have to leave my car there and Uber back 40 minutes away from my house if they couldn’t fix it that day. He made magic happen and got me new tires in within the hour. An appointment is required but they helped in an extreme situation.

1 star because zero stars were not an option…I showed up with an emergency issue requesting a new tire or to patch the tire. I spoke with Alex who would not disclose his last name or his supervisors name. The supervisor was out to lunch at 4pm and no one was left to cover him. The supervisor said that they cannot take Teslas. Although it is not a company policy and they refused to help me with a five month old baby in the car with a tire issue. They did not even add air to my tires or check the pressure just told me they could not help because of my model car. Alex also said “I am done with you” extremely rude and did not offer any guidance, help or any options. He was covering for his idiot boss who told him not to take Teslas anymore when they serviced them before. He could not show me a policy, or even explain why other than they have had issues in the past and it is their store policy. I had to think outside the box for him and ask to just sell me the tire and I would add it in myself. He said they did not carry the size I needed. The service was horrendous, mostly his boss to blame for creating rules that are not part of company policy. I will take this to corporate.

I did A LOT of research before choosing Walmart. I am a tire expert with years of experience. I was on a tight budget and needed the best tires possible since I drive 36,000 miles a year. I went to two Walmart tire shops in broward and the service was lackluster. From the moment I approached someone at this Walmart in Hialeah Gardens, I was pleased. Yes there is a wait but like EVERYTHING in life, one must wait for the good things. I dealt directly with a manager, Milagros, and I felt confident she knew what she was talking about (I’m a tire expert). She told me to go with General Tire which was exactly what I wanted. Upon payment time I had to split the payment between my Sister’s Walmart credit card and cash. Upon many attempts at passing the card first, it got declined because the system kept trying to charge the full amount to the card and which wasn’t available. She then decided to charge the cash part first. I swiped my bank card and it went through fine. Passed the Walmart card and bada bing bada boom! I left my keys and my car was ready in 2 hours. I took a 500 mile road trip the next day. I was shocked. The tires I bought were better than the factory Continentals that came with my car 17’ Sentra. I have ridden 2000 miles in less than a month with them and I’m in love. Today I noticed a bubble begging to form on the sidewall of one tire. I took it in to see if that was malignant. I dealt with Jose the manager for the shop. I also felt he was very competent and excellent customer service. He verified my info and noticed my Sister’s info was in the system instead of mine. I didn’t want any trouble and he insisted he’d like to correct the error. He corrected all the info and replaced the tire with a Brand new one. All I had to do was pay $10 to add the warranty to the new tire. I had an amazing experience. Fortunately I had a smooth day and did not need to rush or have someone bring me my second car. The car was ready upon the time promised. The Hialeah Gardens Fire & lube express shop has earned a customer for life and they are far from my house. Thanks Jose and Milagros for an excellent experience!

My boyfriend hurried out of his job to do his oil change here, they told him it closes at 7. When he got there at 6:25 PM they told him they were closed, to come back tomorrow. They didn’t even greet him or let him talk. We understand everyone wants to go home on time, but every single job we’ve had, when there are clients we have to stay after hours, it just works that way. They tell you they close at 7 but they’re basically closing since 6, so what’s the point of saying you close at 7. Very bad customer service and very unprofessional, but that’s Miami for you.
