NOT RECOMMENDED. Not very helpful customer service over the phone. Got hung up on when I said I wasn’t quite sure it would work out — after being told basic quotes are not offered over the phone and told I’d get a callback later (wherein I simply asked — to no avail — when a reasonable timeframe to be called back would be; ie, an hour, a day, a week, etc). When I said it probably wouldn’t work out then, I attempted to say, “but I do appreciate your time” — I was immediately hung up on in half a heartbeat before I could say the word “I”. While I appreciate my call being taken, that was a poor, disingenuous way of dealing with a customer by Mo. I get it that you were busy, but making a customer feel like they are bothering you (and you have more important matters to deal with) is not a good business look.

Mind blown! I came in with an idea of how I wanted a sub installed. After recommendations from their techs, very valid recommendations regarding location of the subs, I let the guys do their work. I wasn't too sure what to expect but when I got my car back, washed as well! I was just amazed with the work. The even added the M-logo and matched my car's interior to the design. These guys are good at what they do, check out the photos. I just need reason to go back do more work on my car...

Moe, Derrick, and the staff are outstanding! I had a RYDEEN Tombo 4K 360 X Dashcam installed. Forward 360-degree view and rear facing 122 degrees Horizontal FOV camera installed. Had vehicle faults a week later after dash cam installed. I came back addressed these issues, and Moe and Derrick resolved the issues in less than 30 min. March 2024. Came back to ELITE for an un Install of RYDEEN Tombo 4K 360 X Dashcam due to buying a new vehicle and working with Car Dealer rep to ensure installed dashcam was un install and no damage to vehicles electrical, and windshield and or rear window camera did not damage the vehicle. Dealer Rep was happy and myself were again impressed with the quality of removal and care of work!

The he only thing that I find bad about this place is you get a quote you agree have work done. Then you go to pay and they charge a ridiculous amount to pay with a credit card. I think over $100 is way too much. You are confused. It’s the charge to use a credit card that was out of line. Which was never brought till I paid.

How to know if your at the right body shop???? When $100-500k plus vehicles are out front Bentlys, Rolls Royces, Corvettes, Farriars, Maybachs, lambos, Mclarens, Mercedes, BMW, monster trucks, and my little miata. They work on everything. I've been in las Vegas for over 20 years been in car business long time ran fleet 5000 rental cars. I'm an expert. This is the best Boutique shop in town. Not corporation one man and his shop. Wheels bling bling, audio, tint, paint body custom they worked on many my vehicles. They work on any car truck van. I just bought 2008 miata 50K miles did not know for a week later strange dark spots all over. Being a previous customer they got it buffed out, done and I could not believe it. Thought i would have to live with it or repaint. Boom unbelievable. if you need a shop have insurance job go to Elite in same building as McFaddendales hardware. Just mind blowing. A guy with a new corvette was having some custom color work done and a new Rools Royce suv drove up for modifications. They take poor people like me , celebtities go here and the rich. Just cant say enough Thanks guys you made my day As Arnold said I'll be back!!!!!

These guys are lifesavers. SJ and his team took great care of our Charger, when the Vegas wind dropped a tree on it. The car was brand new and hadn't even had it's first oil change yet, when 700 pounds of tree landed on it from a median. They not only made the car look better than brand new, they fought my insurance company a little to make sure I got OEM parts. I cannot recommend them enough, and would give 100 stars if I could.

Great people, expert advice/installation and honest folks to do business with. Had an amp installed into a 2025 Toyota Tundra 1794 to cure the flat sound from the factory. They could have recommended changing the speakers as well - but they didn't think it was needed - so rather than upselling me something I didn't need they gave me the right recommendation. I wanted to make sure I left a review for Elite customs and collision. I have never experienced such great customer service. Michael Cortez was absolutely amazing, he was professional, attentive and very knowledgeable when it came to my vehicle. My car was finished early; however I was unable to pick it up until after I was off work. Elite employees waited for me to arrive, which was after closing on a Friday night. It was raining at the time and they told me they would wait as long as I needed them too. They also provided me with a complimentary detail. This shop is very professional and still believes in great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

I brought my vehicle to Elite Custom Auto Body with damage to the door panel and front bumper. Out of all the vendors I called and visited on a Saturday, they were the only ones who actually answered — that alone said a lot about their professionalism. The owner was informative, straightforward, and provided excellent service, getting me scheduled for the following week. The work came out beautiful — absolutely perfect. While they may not have been the cheapest option, the quality was worth every penny. You truly get what you pay for. Love this place! I’ll always be bringing my car here.

If you're looking for the "one stop" shop that does it all, and I mean ALL! You only need to make one call. SJ and Mo down at Elite are total Rockstars, their customer service is second to none! We were having a little steering vibration in our Bentley GT , so we dropped the car off to SJ, he stripped rims down, road force balanced them, re-weighted, and then powder coated. The car looks and drives amazing! I've seen alot of auto shops over the years, but this one is over the top nice! Thanks guys.

12/10 recommend! Brendon was extremely welcoming and reassuring when he took a look at my Fiat to give his honest opinion about what he thought was possible. The conclusions he came to were, to say the least, very different from the place I went to prior to elite! Saying they did an incredible job only begins to cover the experience I had!
