This take is for their mechanical services, as they also do body repair. Needed to find another mechanic as my previous go-to began double booking/stacking hours under new management. Very glad to have found Universal as they took my suspension parts that I got for the previous shop and competently installed in my Mercedes for a fair and decent price, having the car feel like new. Pros: they restored the damage to my 2018 Jeep Wrangler to what it looked like when it was new after someone damaged it pretty bad in my rental car business. The Universal Motorcar owner worked with me on filing a supplemental claim for my insurance company, he took pictures, and had good follow up skills over the phone and via email. As a result I got a fair price for the repairs and my insurance company reimbursed me for the full amount in a quick timeframe. Cons: their front parking lot is a little tight for parking, but that’s the only thing I can think of. Conclusion: I found out about this car body, paint, and tint repair shop while I was working out at the LVAC and I’m glad I did. I came from Las Vegas Collision previously and would rather use Universal Motorcars since they are easier to work with.

I was referred to Universal Motorcars as my Tesla was hit in an accident. First of all I have to say from the beginning that Maria and Tim were able to pull off things and communicate with insurance companies faster than my own attorneys office. They had my damage repair appraised, approved, and had me in a rental car immediately. I was so grateful for them taking all of the stress out of the process for me. All i had to do was drop my car off. Throughout the repair process Tim kept very good communication with me keeping me up to date with the progress of my car. I felt the car was repaired in a shorter time than i expected and my car looked brand new when I picked it up. The collision repair was perfection. I would highly recommend Universal Motorcars for repairs to your Tesla or any other make of vehicle. I cant thank Tim and Maria enough for their professionalism and making the whole process stress free.

My 2000 Ford expedition had an oil change at jiffy lube and subsequently oil began to leak. I returned it to jiffy lube and they diagnosed it to require an oil pan replacement and quoted me almost $1100.00 to replace. I took it to universal motors for a second opinion and Chris at universal checked it out and replaced a stripped oil plug and didn't even charge me. Most garages would have done the same as jiffy but Chris proved to be exceptionally honest and I am now a loyal customer and have recommended universal to my family and friends and certainly recommend them to all who read this message.
