We were on vacation in South Florida when we had an issue with our vehicle. Elite auto repair was able to get us in within a day, they diagnosed our problem and called to let us know what the problem was, the cost of parts and labor and when it would be ready. The price was very reasonable and the repair was done within a day! Everyone we spoke or dealt with was polite and knowledgeable and we are just so grateful to Elite Auto Care! Vacationing on Singer Island, I left my Audi A4 with Brian for a simple oil and filter change. Brian is a friendly guy and has a tidy shop. After about an hour he calls, "You know, you have a pretty serious coolant leak." Dang! Yes, I knew about it but neglected to mention it. I had asked my regular mechanic whether he could fix it, but he didn't want to touch it. I didn't have the time or desire to go to the dealer, so I had been dealing with it by simply topping up the reservoir as needed. I asked Brian whether he was confident he could fix the leak. Sure! I'll call back with a price. An hour later I get the price. Based on how my regular guy had described the project it sounded fair. We agreed to proceed, the car remained overnight and the next day the oil and filter were changed and the coolant leak repaired. He showed me the part that needed replacing and answered all my questions about the process. And the final price was exactly as quoted. No surprises. I couldn't be happier.

We were literally the very first Customers on their opening day. The service was impeccable and after doing comps on the repairs it was very fair. Jump to our second visit. Did not recognize staff and the service was completely different. We went there to put a battery(that we purchased) into the car and an assessment of any other repairs needed. When they called me back, we find out first that we were being charged the full cost for the battery, as if they purchased it and by the hour even if it took them 10 mins to install. We asked why we would pay for full cost if we got the battery and they told us it didn’t matter. When reviewing potential repairs, I felt extremely pressured to get all repairs done. I did not have over 3K out of pocket and the mechanic seemed annoyed. I was literally told “I was a ticking time bomb” on the road.” Compare comps and don’t be pressured into anything. Take their advice into consideration, of course, but do your homework and never feel pressured. There are thousands of mechanic’s out there who respect and need your business.

We dropped a car off for AC repair on a Thursday and was told that the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday because of all the work they had. This was very disappointing and I said so. We finally bit the bullet and agreed to leave the car. Much to our surprise, we got a call later that afternoon saying the car was ready for pickup. Elite really impressed us. The price was just as quoted and we are very happy with the work done. I’d definitely do business with them again! Thanks Elite!!!

Incredible customer service. The gentleman at the desk is exactly that he’s professional. He’s courteous and he seems straightforward. And the gentleman that does the work is quiet and seems like his biggest interest is the cars. The car was my baby. I really use this doctor again in a second. pricewise I have been told he is very fair and not cheap and he’s not super expensive but the job is done great. Even above and beyond.

The quality of the work they do is just ok and honestly a bit surprised at the lack of customer service. Mo was great to work with but there were some problems with my repairs and I went back to have them fixed. They were pretty minor. The individual I met at the shop, not Mo, seemed like he just wanted me out of the shop and told me that he would let me know the price in a few days to correct the work that the shop messed up. I left without really thinking how weird the interaction was and the fact he didn't even get my information to send me a quote. Just a strange interaction all in all.
