Took my car here almost 2 months ago they did not call and tell me whats going on with my car. Then the manager said he had to fire 2 girls because they weren't doing they job was also told people had they car there for over a year. The worst service in the world and I had alot better service on the mainland sooo sad would never recommend this place to anyone ever. Wish they had negative stars. Sure ain't no 5 stars. Not true I can get conversations over the phone calls I had with Tom from when my wife and I called and whatever information I need to get i can get with no problems. Calls before starting to work on people's cars a big fat lie I have phone records on paper to prove it anything else you wanna lie about????

When my vehicle was returned to me I noticed an area wasn’t flush and some screws missing but without a hassle they scheduled an appointment and fixed the issue immediately. Take your time on inspecting your vehicle when you receive it back from them incase they missed something. Overall good customer service.

I took my truck for fix after I got in to a accident and the damage was on the front right tire , fix the body damage and left me with uneven alignment and when I tried to tell the manager he ignored me and ask me for the key to test drive and he told me that everything is okay now so I left and came back to the body shop cause my tire sensor light is on so spoke with the same manager again and he told me to take my truck to the dealer to look at it , wow! This body shop here on sand island here in Oahu I will highly recommend to all my family and friends not to go there they do a horrible job I wish I could’ve rewind or know better so I shouldn’t take my truck to that body shop . Customer service some how is good but action to do the job on your car is Beyond terrible .

Just got our Honda Odyssey back today. We took it in Monday and didn’t expect it to be done so soon! These guys are amazing and fast. They went above and beyond by washing and vacuuming my car. I am speechless with their service. Just so amazing and the people that we worked with in the office were so kind and professional. Thank you Karina G and Elite for a great experience. Initially, I had difficulty with getting my vehicle repaired after an accident. My insurance company kept telling me that they could not find a shop to take my car because it was a tow in and no one had space to store it. Elite Collision Center stepped up to help. They took care of everything. They towed my car to their shop. They fixed the front end body damage. They coordinated repairs with an alignment shop. They kept in touch to let me know the status of my car. When I went to pick it up it was fully detailed! This company is impressive and I owe them a world of thanks!

Elite CC was the silver lining of the black cloud of my accident. I was hit. Allstate recommended ECC. We went to have them inspect the damage and estimate the repairs. Kari was efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Kudos also to Tom and all the other people whose names we didn't learn. Everyone was helpful. Our car actually looks better than it did new! All body parts are perfectly aligned. I hope I never need to see them again, but if I ever need body work again, I am going to Elite.

The experience I had with Elite Collision Center (ECC) was very satisfying. From the very start when I brought my car in, Kari quickly did the assessment on the damages and soon thereafter, a date for the repair services was set. During the repair services, there was a slight problem with the rental of my vehicle from Enterprise, however, after consulting with Tom of ECC, he quickly resolved the problem. The completion of the repair was a week earlier than anticipated My car looked new again, inside and out. Highly recommend that if your insurance company or the party at fault lists ECC as one of the repair center, select ECC for their outstanding workmanship and customer service.

Took my 2023 Subaru Forester Sport to Elite on 1/2/25 for inspection after I was broadsided. Kari thoroughly checked my car and told me everything that was needed and why. The parts came in on 1/27, I dropped it off and expected repairs to take 2 weeks.Got a call from Kari on 2/4 saying my car was done already! When I saw my car it was spotless in and out and the right bumper, headlight, fender & front and rear door repairs/replacement were perfect including paint match! Kudos to the body repairmen, Tom ( the mgr. for 25 years) and Kari who is knowledgeable, efficient, super friendly, deserving of 10 stars! Also, Elites co-ordination between them, Enterprise car rental & Allstate was like clockwork. I could go on but bottom line, they’re the bomb!! No wonder Allstate recommends them. Mahalo!

First time working with ECC, knew nothing of them, as I was referred to them from 3rd party adjuster to just get it looked at for repair needs etc. I decided to have them just take care of my car after doing some research of them and hearing good reviews. They made everything easy and stress-less, with little to no worry on my end. Kari, Tom, and Rosie ... Were all premium service providers! And I couldn't get their names but s/o to the behind the scenes guys as well (technicians/etc) for working hard. I received my car cleaned, which is something I've never experienced before. Premium service! Will definitely be sending business to these guys. Cheee 🤙🏾

Friendly staff and great service. They pretty much kept me updated on the progress of the repairs even when they had delays with getting parts from Audi. They expedited the repairs due to the delays. They did a phenomenal job. Hopefully, I won't need to take the car in for repairs again, but if I do, I will definitely bring it back.

Brought my 4Runner in after being rear-ended. Before I get into the negatives, I want to highlight the staff’s willingness to make things right, especially Kari, who was great. After repairs were completed, there were several issues. First, the damaged strut listed on the quote was not replaced. They found a spare in the shop and installed it the same day. The paint job was sloppy, with heavy clear coat that left drips, but they sanded and touched it up the same day. The rear bumper they installed was misaligned; they brought it back in and “fixed” it, but within 24 hours the fix came undone, leaving a half-inch gap between panels. Insurance later informed me the shop had used an aftermarket bumper, which caused the poor alignment. Insurance also stated the shop should have test-fit the bumper before painting, it was clear they did not. Elite told me they would order an OEM bumper and have it ready within a week or two. Instead, I heard nothing for three months because “they forgot.” I began this process in April, and the bumper was not replaced until mid-August. While I appreciate the staff’s eventual efforts to make things right, I was frustrated by the lack of attention to detail.

Customer service was the best we've been to different auto repair shops in the past and nothing beats Elite collision center. Office people were so kind and respectful, the 1st time we dropped off our car office and the guys working on the cars greeted not one person passed us without saying "Hi" or asking "if someone was helping us. When we picked up our car my husband and I were so SATISFIED 🥰. My husband was so happy with the results of the car and how clean they had it, car was detailed inside and out no dog hair and it smelt brand NEW. We will be choosing you folks again in the future. My experience at Elite Collision Center was great! When I picked up the car, I was very happy with the results! Wow, amazing job and they returned the car detailed(wash and vacuumed) who does that these days…that speaks volume how professional they are and serious they take their business. I highly recommend to visit them for damage repair. I shopped around town for a quote, and elite was the most competitive offer, and I am very happy I chose them. Exceeded my expectation, Definitely will be recommending elite for a collision fix. Everyone I spoke to at the shop was genuinely helpful. Tom assisted me at the first consultation looking at my car damage and he gave professional yet very honest advice to what he would do can do involving my thoughts on the cost point of view. Kari was also very helpful over the phone and at the billing. and another gentleman I spoke to was kind enough to left a touch up paint leftover in my car to take home, that’s a excellent service right there.
