Elite is the only repair shop I use and it’s the place I recommend to my friends and family. When my car broke down I was anxious about the cost and time to fix it but the guys at Elite went out of their way to find the best solution at the best price. They always communicate clearly and the quotes they provided at the beginning didn’t change at the end. I don’t know what it will cost to fix your car but I know these guys will work with you every step of the way. If you don’t have a place you trust, check out Elite.

I have been using elite auto for almost 13 years. I can always count on them to tell me exactly what is wrong and not overcharge me. They are always kind and professional. My car stopped running on Thursday in Cerritos. I was told to their shop Thursday night. They came in on a holiday (Labor Day) to get my car finished. $187 later and I am back in business.

I recently visited Elite Auto Repair on March 20th, 2024 at 2:00 pm for a routine oil change for my Lexus Gx460 2015. Unfortunately, during the service, their employee damaged the oil filter housing, causing a leak. They unfairly blamed the Lexus dealership (who provided a detailed report with no prior leaks) and refused to take responsibility for the damage. Several concerning aspects of the service raise questions about Elite Auto Repair's practices: Lack of transparency: There was no mention of the oil leak during the oil change itself. Price discrepancy: An employee, initially quoted a price range of $125-135 for the oil change. However, Hamza, The Owner quoted the price to $155. Marked-up parts: The replacement oil filter housing was significantly marked up. The part costs around $20-25 online, but I was charged $49.47 (final invoice amount). Excessive repair time: A standard oil change typically takes 30-60 minutes, but this service took an unreasonable 3.5 hours. Overall, this experience suggests a lack of honesty and customer care at Elite Auto Repair. I would strongly advise against using their services.

I had an awesome experience with them. I was going to dinner across the street at Pike's. When I parked my car I heard a hissing sound coming from my tire. Fortunately, I saw that Elite Complete Auto Care was across the street. Mind you it was around 8PM, so according to Google, they were already closed. But I saw that the garage doors were open and they were working on some cars, so I took a chance to see if they could help me out and fix my flat. The guys were more than accommodating and took the time to fix my flat. And it wasn't just a plug, they took the tire off the rim and patched it from the inside. They could have just brushed me aside and said they were closed, but they took the time to help me and that shows me that they care. I'm not from Long Beach, but I would 1000000% recommend going to them. Thanks again for all your help!!

I would take some caution about the pricing at Elite Complete Auto Repair. I see a lot of reviews about fair pricing however I recently priced check Elite against another local autobody shop, Tap's Auto Repair, and was given an estimate at Elite that was way more than the typical price and way more than the body shop I took it to, Tap's Auto Repair Center. I needed a new radiator and went to Tap's Auto Repair off Cherry Avenue who were so kind, sweet, and helpful and had very honest pricing. I was charged only $400 for a new radiator at Tap's. When I called Elite Complete Auto Repair for a price (just to compare) they wanted to charge me close $1,000 for the same work (and this was not including a temperature gauge that Elite wanted to upsell me as well).

Wow! I was amazed Carlos and Gustavo fixed my car, I really didn't think it was possible because I had already taken it to two other mechanics. They are so kind and professional I won't be taking my car anywhere else! They took the time to explain and show me exactly what was going on even filming a video to explain the parts they were fixing. My car is a 2011 Nissan Sentra with over 130k miles on it that has been having the check engine light come off and on for a year. Gustavo explained to me that the injectors were clogged and they cleaned them and now my car is running amazingly. They also told me exactly what I should consider taking care of in the future with a full diagnostic. You can be assured they are very trustworthy and experienced mechanics who offer great prices!

I had high hopes for this place because they hold a high rating and they’re across the street from one of my garages. They repaired one of my tires with a silicone coated screw plug. This method is a temporary solution for emergencies but is not acceptable as a permanent fix. The mechanic said it was too much labor to patch it from the inside. He offered to patch it correctly after I pointed out the screw plug, but at that point I lost confidence in their abilities. I am a certified a&p mechanic and own a collection of classic cars.

I came in with my Kia Soul with a seemingly damaged injector and Carlos was able to diagnose and quickly get to the issue.
