Just bought another set of tires from Elite. Started yesterday on phone and there now at 830. Tires ready and greeted at the door. Clean waiting room with comfortable chairs, fire stick in TV with good show on. Elderly customer was before me and the staff helped her like she was their mom. I showed up not expecting to actually buy tires but ended up having one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a while and I left 30 minutes later with new tires that I absolutely love Juan greeted me outside while I was just window shopping and walked me through the entire process without being pushy at all. My experience here was incredible. I previously had spray painted my rims (yes - I know) and was looking at either getting new rims or getting them re-painted with this place. I was very hesitant because I didn't know much about this and the folks inside were so helpful and very assuring in the decision I was about to make. I have waited a few weeks to write this review and I just have to say I am so happy I took this chance and this place will have my business for as long as I am in the DFW area. The rims are so shiny and the work is quality. They look like I purchased new rims. I have been through car washes, let them get dirty, driven it miles and miles and they still look brand new after a quick wash. 10/10 highly recommend. Thank you for your great work! Attaching pics.

I went to swap my factory 20” wheels on my 2022 Chevrolet Silverado trail boss for 22” snowflake wheels. I have had 6 different trucks and modified them just about every way you can think of. I’ve had bad and good experiences with people working on my trucks. This place is easily in my top 3 experiences in my whole life. They are super cool very knowledgeable and priced lower than just about anyone else I shopped around with. I could have gotten my tires and wheels put on the same day but they had to bring them up from Arlington so I came in the next day and was done in 45 min. Another dude got 2 new tires put on in about 20 min. After I paid and was driving off they stopped me and offered to upgrade my tires no charge since I paid cash and wanted slightly bigger tires. I can almost guarantee you will be glad you went to them.

Shoutout to My Bro that recommended me to visit Elite Customs Wheels off of HWY 380 in McKinney!! These guys literally helped me save a ton of money with repairing my wheel. Not only the wheel repair was covered but also them mounting/balancing the tire within the cost. Amir and the rest of the team are very honest and transparent!! If you need a place where they have a beautiful selection of wheels for your new ride or a wheel repair! These are the guys to go to!!
