Joel, the owner/mechanic, was great to work with. Had my water pump go bad on a 2013 BMW X5 and called around for quotes. Got a great rate and felt like Joel had deep knowledge about the car. The shop is small, clean, and organized. He's a one man deal. I was sent photos and videos of the repair process and Joel checked in with me about other issues that I might want to address. I'll return for future work as it's great to have one person know your car well.

Elite European Auto came highly recommended from another establishment; this was regarding further investigation of a timing chain issue on my Toyota Camry. Joel and his team correctly diagnosed and confirmed the issue at hand which required action (timing chain replacement, along with related repairs/parts replacement). The quotation for the expected work was incredibly fair (the labor involved in this job is very intense) and Joel and the entire team were incredibly transparent and accommodating with me during the entire repair process. 10000% recommend this shop. Small but intelligent! Took my Mclaren 570S here for basic maintenance. They also have the computers needed for the reset for the service!!. Highly recommend if you have a supercar that needs maintenance. By the way, They completed and entire engine job on a Shelby Pickup Truck. Go figure!!

Joel has been outstanding to work with as well as his other mechanic. Great small business but with many years of experience in the industry. He is is honest, upfront, knowledgeable, fair, provides transparent itemized pricing, worked with my aftermarket warranty and is quick to respond to questions and concerns. The only downside is having to usually just drop your vehicle off and pick it up on a different day. This is not an issue, nor should it be, for a great auto service establishment. Joel is my "go to" for my 2009 Mercedes E350 service.

Joel clearly knows his cars and has a strong knowledge base, and he explained everything in a simple way. The work quality was excellent and the issue was fixed properly. Their pricing is not the cheapest, but it is fair for the quality you get and still better than what the dealer charges. Great customer service overall. I would definitely recommend them.
