The left glass window and regulator for my 2023 Acura RDX (that's correct - 2023) was replaced at this dealership last January 2, 2024. What a lousy and very poor job the service department did! (1) door panel was reinstalled improperly; (2) all 4 windows are ajar and do not close tight; and (3) blind spot warning system goes on & off! I am pissed and very, very disappointed with this kind of repair that this particular service department did to my SUV. And this is my honest and unbiased review based on my personal experience! Update: Brought back my RDX to EG Acura 01/16/2024 and they promptly fixed the issue regarding the door panel. They explained what could have caused the windows to be ajar but couldn't explain the issue regarding the blind spot warning device.

Very disappointed with the service representative I called in to have a few problems resolved on my vehicle one thing got resolved, trying to get a hold of the service representative that help me did not get back to me at all. I believe it was August 8 I took my car in to get an oil change and to have them check my screen on my vehicle and to check the back up camera because it appears to be very hazy and to check on the recall that my vehicle has I got the oil change and my screen fixed the recall did not Get taken care of because according to the service representative, there was no indication on my dashboard of the passenger seat belt malfunctioning and the back up camera did not get taken care of

We recently purchased an EV from this dealership, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. At the time of purchase, they failed to provide the charger, stating that the parts department had closed and asked us to come back the next day. When we returned, the salesman Yousef told us the charger was out of stock and that he had placed an order which would take two weeks to arrive. It’s now been over two weeks, and I’ve heard nothing back. Yousef is not responding to my calls or messages, and I haven’t been able to get in touch with the Sales Manager either. To make matters worse, I specifically requested a home charger unit, but they provided a portable charger instead—one that takes over 30 hours to fully charge my vehicle, which is completely impractical. The salesman seemed to lack proper knowledge about the product, misled us during the sale, and has completely vanished now that follow-up support is needed. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable.

The lack of communication at this location is ridiculous. When it comes to selling services they are quick, but when it comes to actual issue like a recall no one seems to be reachable. It’s been about a month since contacting you guys about servicing my recall. Within that month, I have not been contacted once, I had to constantly check in even after being told I should get a call within the next few days. Turns out to be more than a few days, a week at that. First time I was told to wait for a call in the few days, waited a week just to be told both service person AND manager in charge and aware of the situation left on week long vacations. I understand you have lives outside of work, but that should have been communicated or passed onto another employee capable of doing so. Called back after a week to be told that it’s in the final process of approval, to wait again to hear back from you guys. Waited yet another week, called in and both were occupied. Left voicemail never got a call back. Two days ago, called in just to leave message AGAIN with a different service person and still haven’t received a call back. I just need an update on the process, in order to get my vehicle serviced for the recall. Is that so hard to do?

Recommendations made not needed. David recommended a headlight restore, with a little windex the headlights are clear as glass should be. We had brakes done not long before and recommended brakes front and back. I have heard of this called BAT - build another thousand. Is what the recommendations would have been which more than doubled the needed service.

service is friendly and relatively prompt in person. no one answers the phone. no one responds to emails. no one texts back. it all just goes into the void. now they have an AI voice answering their phone. I thought maybe this would help, since no one here seems to like talking on the phone. I even told the robot that the service department could text me if that would work better. hours later and I haven't heard back. if you have a little crack on your dashboard, it's fine to not hear back from your car repair place for days. if your car is dead and you're trying to figure out where to get it towed to, it's actually pretty important to get a prompt call back.
