Rhonda, the receptionist, is a doll. She's always friendly and welcoming, even remembering me after only a few times in the shop. There was damage to the passenger's front side of my 2023 Nissan Sentra, and It was in the shop for about three weeks due to parts, more damage than expected, and insurance. They were very thorough, sending my car to Nissan for final inspection and then detailing it inside and out (resistall). The only drawbacks were not being updated as often as I would have liked from my service advisor, and they were not able to provide my insurance, the original resistall purchase which I purchased when I bought my car, and they offered the service. However, they provided me with a quote for the resistall for the repaired sections so I can try to get my insurance to pay. It's a bummer that I need to handle that part because they didn't have an invoice for the original resistall order. Also, I don't like the new way they deal with rental cars. The old way was way better and faster. Drop off your car and get keys to another, no paperwork, no hassle. Now, you have to have a credit card deposit, which the amount is placed on hold until you return the car; you must give them your insurance information, wait for them to do the paperwork, and then inspect the rental with you for previous damages; it took about an hour to get a rental car and a few days for my credit card company to release the hold. I most likely won't do rentals with them. Other than that, I will only take my vehicles to them.

Josh and the team worked fast and diligently in getting my car repaired. After the car accident, I brought in my car and was able to get an estimate the same day. Josh communicated with me every step of the way and was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had with the repairs and insurance. I highly recommend working with Josh and Elk Grove Custom. Elk Grove Custom Collision Center is absolutely fantastic. Following a hit and run freeway situation where the entire side of my vehicle was damaged I drove to their facility for just advice and assistance. They stepped right up and inspected the damage , wrote up an initial estimate, contacted my insurance company, and assured me everything would be taken care of. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company through the entire two week period. My car looks amazing… like the day I drove it from the dealership. Brought the truck in because the paint started to show swirls minor scratches and water spots. I had already put the resist all over a year ago when I purchased the truck and it's been a great addition and well worth the cost. These folks also installed the resist all 360. The truck is black and just wasn't as clean as I expect. So I talked with Rubin Casillas the detail manager and he suggested a cut and buff and wax. Wow I was so impressed by how the paint looks now. It was good before because I am very particular with the truck and it looks better than new. If you guys want a fantastic ceramic coating and a fantastic shop to install it I highly recommend calling Rubin at Elk Grove Custom collision and detail. You won't be disappointed.

110% Satisfied! I highly recommend Elk Grove Custom Collision to anyone who needs car body repair and especially detailing! This new management has drastically improved from 5 years ago, they were able to make my car look brand new again and get it back to “pre-damage condition”. The crew did excellent work putting my car bumpers back to its 100% original condition and the paint job matches perfectly. Ziyad handled my insurance claim and personal purchase like a Pro, he did an even better job than the last manager there, Pete, and guaranteed the work that was done for a great (very fair) price. I appreciate you Ziyad and crew. Thank you! And to top it off Ruben worked his magic detailing my car to make it shine like brand new, he was very meticulous and covered every inch of that car. He even saved the day for me, too! As I was driving away I noticed a “flapping noise” under the car and when I drove back we discovered a few retainer clips on the skid plate were missing so he hopped in the saddle and rode into the sunset to get it fixed immediately. Ruben is a hero for going above and beyond his job and his department. Thank you Ruben! I can’t wait to get my car detailed again just to give Ziyad, Ruben and the crew at Elk Grove Custom Collision more good business. Ziyad gave wonderful customer service! He took the time to look for all areas of my vandalized vehicle. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly. He also remained in constant communication regarding updates. In addition to his wonderful service, the lovely woman at the reception desk was very kind and informative. Although her name slips my mind, the care she showed remains. After the repairs, my vehicle looked as if it had just come off the showroom floor. I'm very satisfied with the work done. If any future bodywork is needed, I will definitely return to this shop.
