I called and spoke with one of the brothers about my car earlier in the day. When I arrived later everyone was very professional and welcoming. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!! My husband and I purchased 2015 Toyota Sienna van from Omar in October 2025. We drove all the way back to Tallahassee, FL and the very next day the van broke down. We took it to the shop and the problem is the transmission which was going to cost $7,000 to fix. After speaking to Omar he said he would take the van back. He sent someone to get the van in November. Now I am still getting calls from the financial place asking for payment and we don't even have the van and Omar does not answer our text or calls anymore. I would think very carefully before ever purchasing or doing any business with this shady place!!! And, if you read the reply from EMG you can see how professional Alex is!!!!! God bless!

Amazing experience, Emad was fantastic and took care of all my problems for an AC compressor for my 2018 Edge. Recommend to everyone. UPDATE: From 5 stars to 2 stars. I guess you never really know how a person is until after you’ve done business with them. Once I realized that the problem persisted, I tried calling and texting the owner to follow up on the issue that was not resolved. After a $400 part and then charging me $300 for 2 hours worth of work, when in reality it sat in the back for an hour and a half before replacing the compressor, overloading my system with Freon and then telling me the issue was solved, I now have to find another mechanic to find the real problem to my car AC not working that doesn’t want to stiff me. I would say they’re knowledgeable, but it’s hard finding honest mechanics.

Knowledgeable mechanics and quick service. Very nice and polite people. No hustle or haggling they did exactly what I asked. Not many shops allow you to bring your own oil and filters but this shop didn’t miss a beat. My vehicle uses a non-stocked oil weight that most places do not have and those that do usually charge a premium. Took him less than 30 min to change the oil in my Mustang. I usually do my own work but not having a lift and also back issues I can’t crawl around under vehicles anymore. I’ll be going to and recommending them in the future for my friends and family.

If you don’t do anything else, get all your car repair needs done at EMG!! Not only did they diagnose and get my part ordered ASAP, but they also got me in as soon as same day!!! Customer service was amazing from beginning to end. Not just your regular service either, one of the owners bought me a smoothie & provided snacks as I waited for my car to be done.
