I recently had my white Infiniti Q60 detailed by Empire Car Detailing & Mobile Detailing, and I'm absolutely AMAZED with the results. After a long distance drive, my car was plagued with a terrible bug infestation that seemed impossible to remove. Regular car washes did nothing to address the problem, leaving behind stubborn bug residue and iron deposits. Jose the owner of Empire Car Detailings work was nothing short of phenomenal. Awesome experience and great job! I work from home and use my truck sparingly. I park outside and am not the best at consistently taking it to the car wash so the interior was pretty rough. Jose did a phenomenal job. Very thorough. Showed me what and why he was doing certain things and came to me. My truck looks and smells brand new again! José did a wonderful job on my work truck. We’ve been working out of it for over a year and never had it professionally cleaned, he came in and made it gleam like it was brand new. He even meticulously cleaned out the storage areas where I keep my tools, scrubbed it down, and put it all back. I’m a mom of 4 beautiful babies whom love to trash my car 😭. We’ve had a few vacations this summer that lead to my car needing some serious love, with family coming in and no time to do it myself, José swooped in and saved the day!!! Even the dog’s hair is gone 🤯. He has excellent attention to detail, he is prompt, professional, courteous, and has great customer service. I will be using this company’s services from here on out. Jose did a great job cleaning the inside of my wife’s car. We have 5 kids ranging from 1 year old to 10 years old and to say the car was a mess is an under statement. Given our busy schedule and the fact that we have only one car that can fit our family, it is difficult to find a time to get it cleaned, which is why we opted to choose a mobile cleaner. We were hesitant at first since it was our first time using one, but Jose came prepared with all sorts of supplies that proved effective in fighting the toughest stains. After a few hours, we came out to a car that looked like it was nearly new. The stains came out of all the seats, there weren’t any more crushed gold fish, and we even found our missing TV remote. Overall, it was a great experience! Even better since Jose is a really nice guy too. Will definitely be reaching back out to Jose for our next clean, just won’t wait an entire year this time around.
