I’ve been a loyal customer of Empire Nissan for many years, but today’s experience was incredibly disappointing and upsetting. After arriving for a simple oil change appointment, I had to wait over an hour just to be checked in. When I was finally called in, I was greeted by a service rep who never introduced himself. When I asked for his name later, he sarcastically claimed it was “Prince.” I later found out his real name is Ali Fares—which makes his dishonesty even more troubling. He began by recommending an oil change and a full tire rotation, insisting it would take "a couple of hours" due to it being a Saturday. I declined the tire rotation because I was short on time, to which he dismissively replied, “It doesn’t matter—it’s going to take hours anyway.” He was extremely pushy and condescending throughout the conversation. When I mentioned I had a pre-paid oil change on my contract, he told me I’d still have to pay because he “didn’t have access to the Nissan system.” He offered no solution and told me to just wait more time while he figured it out. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, and he bluntly responded that no one was available and the manager was off for the day. When I requested he call someone who could help, he resisted, but eventually had another colleague check the system—who was able to find my contract in minutes. After that, I asked for his full name to include in my feedback, and he responded rudely: “Why do you need my name?” with a disgusted look on his face. When I insisted, he yelled “Just Prince!” and walked away. I asked to be assigned to another service rep because of his unprofessional behavior, and he smugly told me, “Too bad—I already wrote up the paperwork. You can’t change it.” This was, without question, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced—not just at Nissan, but anywhere. It’s completely unacceptable to treat a paying customer with this level of disrespect, dishonesty, and disregard. Empire Nissan, I truly hope you address this kind of behavior—it reflects poorly on your entire dealership.

NOT ALL NISSAN SERVICE CENTERS ARE THE SAME!!!!! I am truly disappointed with the service done on my car from this location. On 3/2/2026, I brought my vehicle in with the chief complaint that the car was pulling to one side (right) and making a noise when turning. My service advisor was Evelyn, who seemed nice but very overwhelmed. She stated that she was by herself and the other advisors were on vacation, and she was doing the best she could. I'm human, so I understood and was very patient and understanding. After giving Evelyn my concerns regarding the vehicle, I agreed to do a brake flush, new brakes and rotors, and a wheel alignment. I received a text alert letting me know that my control arms and struts were at caution (in the yellow) BUT NOT READY TO BE REPLACE. Evelyn then called me herself soon after and confirmed that I NEEDED the wheel alignment, brakes, rotors, and brake flush and the car would be good. She had me approve the work via text. Around 2:30 PM, I received a call from Evelyn telling me the control arm was bad and the struts were as well. I couldnt understand how ????? She explained that the mechanic was unaware of the new system and that the caution alert was sent to me in error. Taco and Evelyn worked with me using warranties to replace the one control arm, which I appreciated. On 3/9/2026, I brought the car back in to replace the one control arm. Evelyn was not there, and my service advisor was Christopher. I dropped the car off at 10 AM and called four times throughout the day to get updates. Around 3:40 PM, I called again and was told the car was ready for pickup. Here is where it really gets bad. The car is now extremely worse than when I originally brought it in on 3/2/2026. As I was driving home, the car swerved badly on both sides. I had to hold the steering wheel at an angle just for it to drive straight. The car now jerks and sways very hard to the left, requiring me to instantly pull it back to the right. I can't understand how the car is in worse condition than when I brought it in on 3/2/2026 and again on 3/9/2026. I called Christopher immediately and explained what the car was doing, and he said nonchalantly, “Just bring it back tomorrow and we will take a look at it again". I HAVE TO WORK. It's not as simple as just bringing it back. I just wanted the car fixed. It seems like the vehicle gets worse with each visit. I'm definitely hesitant about bringing my vehicle back. The original issues are still there, but now the car is even worse. I still need to complete the other work that was coded "Caution" in error (Struts) but it definitely won't be here. I've only ever used Nissan service centers because I stay on top of maintenance to avoid issues like this. NOT ALL NISSAN SERVICE CENTERS ARE THE SAME!!!!! I WOULD RATHER PAY GOOD MONEY FOR A GOOD QUALITY JOB OVER PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT WILL GIVE ME HEADACHES, ADDITIONAL VISITS, DAMAGES AND NONSENSES. THE CAR IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE

Came in with a busted up Juke from a deer being in the road. Left with this Garnet Pearl Beauty. Certified Used - Horn, rotor, axel, wheel alignment was within my warranty to 60 K. Roberto assisted with hesitation on each visit and made me feel heard and understood.
