I got the cosmetic damage on my car fixed here many years ago when I had my first car, a used 1987 Camaro. I had lived in Hillside at the time and my father had recommended them. I had a dent in the left-front quarter panel that was big as a football. Not only did they fix it, but they made my car look brand new again. They also buffed it out and repainted it. I was blown away on their skilled workmanship and that they matched the red color perfectly. Afterwards, I had shown the car to my friends when I saw them next and explained the dent being fixed and asked them what part of the car do you think it was. Not one person could find the dent and everyone guessed wrong. You literally could not tell a dent was ever on my car, that’s how good they were. Nice to see that decades later they are still in business, even though I do not live in Hillside anymore.

The owner of the shop took time out of his busy day to inquire about my estimate for my car. When I couldn’t get a response from my insurance company, he called and was on the phone for 45 minutes until he resolved the issue. He then checked in with me a couple days later to see the results. They are caring and they will make sure to get the job done. Hopefully I don’t need any body work but if I do they will be the establishment I am giving my business to!!

Gerard is a great man and he stands behind his work. They did a couple of jobs for me and most of the time I was very happy, however once I wasn’t satisfied and Gerard fixed the issue. I do recommend them and I will refer them to people I know as well.

My mom took her car to get her back bumper painted. Once she got home, she realized the color was off and did not match the original color of the car. She called the owner and he told her to bring the car back and leave it overnight and they would repaint it. The next day they called for her to pick up the car once it was done. Once she got home, she again realized that the bumper was still off and they didn't paint anything at all. She again called the owner and he admitted that they didn't do anything and lied. He told her to bring the car back again and that this time they would repaint it. When she got there, he told her he was not going to repaint her bumper and sent her on her way. This is the worst customer service ever and completely took advantage of an elderly woman. He lied and made her drive back and forth for no reason. Do not trust this auto body and seek service elsewhere. They didn't do the job right the first time and refused to fix it and worst lied about it. He deserves no stars. What a pathetic excuse of a person and business. This is in response to the reply from shop. Everything I said is the truth, she was told to bring back her car, left over night them told to come pick up and that it was ready. Then when she complained that nothing was done, they told her to come back again and they would repaint it and admitted nothing had been done. So why was she asked to bring back her car multiple times? and nothing was repainted? Again, this is exactly what happened to my mom. And its a very honest review.

Super professional and patient. I went back today to get my vehicle back. Great job done on the hood. The paint job is flawless! Broad auto body was a godsend for me I give them 10 stars. The customer service was a plus and the owner helped me so much when I was going through the worst time. He helped me with getting my rental car as well as getting my car repaired. All the staff that I have had conversations with was very polite.
