They offer snacks and drinks, indoor and outdoor seating and the amenities while you wait were clean. Thank you to a great team at Enzo’s for delivering on everything promised!! We took our daughter’s car in for an assessment and Kenny met us step for step in understanding what we wanted. Today was the day and from arrival through to completion it was a great experience. The team checked in and updated me in the very comfy lounge as the job was progressing, and the final product is more than amazing!! Enzo’s is definitely worth the business. I’ve brought 2 of my cars there for interior details and they both turned out fantastic. The staff really goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and leave you nice and shiny, I definitely put that to the test with my muddy jeep. As someone familiar with the industry, I’m confident that their techniques are nothing short of as safe as possible and the staff takes every precaution to prevent damage. They still have some things to figure out, as they’re the first of their kind here, but every time I’ve been it gets smoother. Anticipate potentially longer wait times than expected but the end result will have you forgetting all about that.

This message is out to Adam I was your biggest fan and your salesman of the service and the quality of the truckwash you get.. I was paying $240 a month for that service. After today i canceled. Today when I pulled up there where 2 vehicles both silver cars 1 a Ferrari I was 3rd in line. I was watching for some reason the corvette went in the wash bay the Ferrari left for some weird reason. In the mean time so I just sat for over 20 min with no one doing anything. they did nothing to my truck.. no one in the wash bay. I get up to go get my wallet out of the truck, I'm the only vehicles in the vacuum bays.. no one to be seen. No other cars..Kinda weird. I go sit down to watch for some reason the Ferrari shows back up from the street and now everyone is out there to help him get his car started all the sudden..while I just sat the whole time . I eas pissed to see this..I don't know what was up but he left and your staff waited for him to come back i guess. Im not dumb.. I felt so disrespected with that horrible service that I received today. the young lady trying to make excuses of the Ferrari being 1 min before me, Ya that was true in the beginning.. but he left and came back.. and they made me wait for him to come back and keep his spot in line was so wrong.. I don't drive a Ferrari. I do drive a big black Ford I guess not as cool.. but I still pay a hefty premium, driving just a truck is not as important as a Ferrari i guess..we'll I've been with you guys since that first month you opened.. Unfortunately I'll probably never go back and spend a dime there. As a business owner myself, you need better people there if your going to charge premium prices. Good luck 👍

I live near Enzo's and have seen the long lines and mostly excellent reviews online. I decided to take my Subaru Outback to Enzo's a few weeks ago after a road trip to Oregon. The car was quite dirty on the outside from the trip but not too bad on the inside. When I pulled up to Enzo's I was shown a price list, which listed a $49 wash, which I selected. The attendant then asked if she could look inside the back of the car, behind the driver's seat. I said yes and she opened the door. She stated, "I'm going to have to charge you $10 extra, which is better than the usual $20." I was given no explanation for this up charge. It would later be told to me by the owner that the charge was for having dog hair in my car. The car that was being washed this day is not our primary car and our two dogs usually ride in our other car. During this road trip there was a seat cover and two dog beds covering the back seat. After my experience, I reached out via Instagram messenger and didn't hear back for days, at which point I reached out again. I was asked for my contact information, which I provided, and still heard nothing. I finally found the owner's email online, through other poor reviews, and emailed the owner. I received a prompt response at this point. During the phone call, the owner explained that he doesn't use Instagram much and doesn't check it often. However, I see quite a few updates regarding the business on their Instagram. Once on the phone with the owner he explained to me that they're starting a new policy of charging $90 for an exterior wash and interior cleaning if there's any dog hair. A customer can choose to have just the outside of their car washed for the $49 price. I was provided a long explanation from the owner regarding their new policy regarding cars with pet hair and at the end was told, "that's my story and I'm sticking to it." We spoke on the phone for nearly 7 minutes and by the end of the call I wasn't offered any apology for the up charge or any future compensation if I chose to return to the car wash. This is after it's stated on their website and promotional video that they will give you back 110% back and make it right if you're "not completely thrilled with the service." There was no mention of that satisfaction guarantee. As you can see from my photos, they did a great job cleaning the outside of the car and most of the inside. However, you can see that there's still dog hair on the back of the two driver seats. I would think with a $10 up charge this time and a $40 up charge in the future, all of the dog hair would be gone from the back of the seats. Asking people to spend $49 on only an exterior car wash is already a big ask for most people and now to charge them over $90 for any sign of pet hair seems quite unreasonable. In the future, I will be patronizing Bluebird and Rocket Car Wash for a quarter of the price where I can make sure I'm able to get the pet hair out of the car on my own.

Great experience start to finish. Really nice waiting areas, TVs to watch your car being cleaned, snacks and coffee. At least 20 employees and no one was standing around, all were busy even if they weren’t working on a car. There were always 4 people working on my car and it was so clean at the end! It hasn’t been this clean in years!! This will be a monthly occurrence, especially for the great price!!

Watching an employee drop their drying towel on the ground and picking it up and continuing to dry the vehicle is all you need to know. So cringeworthy and obviously the staff isn’t being trained if they’re doing it right in front of the customer waiting area. To top it off, so unprofessional to sell annual contracts and then not honor them. You can’t take somebody’s money and then change the terms of the contract months later. It’s not the customer’s fault that when putting together a business plan that you didn’t consider bottlenecks and labor costs. Even with a refund of the remaining months, the quality of work didn’t warrant the pricing.

NOT HAPPY. After waiting an hour and paying $99 for an interior exterior detailing, I found multiple issues. Several spots weren’t wiped down all the way and several areas were left dirty, not vacuumed properly. You’re better off paying a smaller detailing company that comes to you. This was NOT worth it.

Fantastic! This is not your average car wash! This is a sit down and relax while they do a detail and wash your car set up. For the $50 for the basic wash and detail, they do a great job. As someone who is pretty particular about how my car looks both inside and out, I was very surprised by the amount done for the value paid and the quality of the cleaning! 👏 They offer other full services with many other options. Whether you are just lazy and want your car cleaned and vacuumed for you, or you are a car guy and need a relatively quick detail to get your rig looking its best, I highly recommend stopping in. I've been in twice now, and it takes anywhere from 30-45 minutes. My first time in, I also tested their integrity when the keys to my car got locked inside. They informed me early and offered me everything needed to get back in as well as refund my first wash and comping a second one. Very good leadership and customer service here. The lounge area is also very comfortable, and they offer many amenities while you wait, including screens, allowing you to keep an eye on your rig all the way through the cleaning process. As someone not well off, I wouldn't come here often, but for sure when I am in need of a detail and I don't have time or if I want to do a proper deep detail they will have my business. We'll done! Highly recommend!

Any previous issues have been rectified! Great customer service! First time I’ve ever trusted someone washing my car. It was recently polished and ceramic coated. $60 and it looks great. That was for an exterior only wash. A lot of the negative reviews people are writing are expecting full details for cheap. That’s not how that works. They deep clean your wheels, exterior and wipe the vehicle thoroughly afterwards. Did not regret taking my car here. See attached photos. Also if something was missed with your car they will make it right on the spot. Give them a chance! This is not a quick scratch inducing wash. If you’re in a hurry and don’t care about your car stick to the brush operated quick washes and complain some more there. Make sure to have about an hour of time to spare. They also have complimentary drinks and a lounge to chill while your cars getting cleaned.

I’m hoping the owner reads this, because I love this place, and I may continue to wash my vehicles there. This place was great in the beginning…Unfortunately, as other reviewers have noted, the people who actually wash the cars, don’t really care about what they’re doing. Things have gone missing out of my truck, I have scratches on my sill plates from guys standing on them, the brushes they use in the tunnel will scratch the crap out of any vehicle, definitely NOT a hand wash… I personally watched a guy drop a towel on the ground, pick it up, and continue drying a vehicle. This place is way too expensive for the quality it provides. What this place could be, and what it is, are two different things. I read other reviews before posting this, and I believe them. There is nowhere on their website to file a claim, so hopefully this gets someone’s attention, and people can get the help they need. Do better Enzo’s! Don’t just reply to 5 Star reviews, make it right.

NICE FACILITY - $100 MINIMUM (EXPECT 1hr WAIT) - INEXPERIENCED STAFF GOOD: I’ll start off with the positives. Check in staff was friendly and on staff managers try to be helpful. Nice facility, complimentary drinks, coffee/tea and comfortable waiting area. Definitely an upscale experience BAD: other reviews note prices rising from $40 to $100 which is what I paid in a matter of weeks over the summer. Expect to shell out $100 as a minimum. Waiting time is 1hour at least. It wasn’t that busy the day I went so I couldn’t imagine how long it would take on a busy day. UGLY: the staff doesn’t know how to wash cars. My car came out still dirty, there were water spots on the windshield, dirt underneath the exterior doorhandles, door jambs were still dirty not to mention bugs still all over the front. But the biggest issue, the hand wash crew scrub from the bottom up. Using the same brush/cloths from beneath the car all the way up to your windows. I informed one of the managers who said they addressed the situation but the staff continued to wash incorrectly. This was seriously disappointing and for anyone who values the finish of their vehicle this is catastrophic for any detailer.

I’m changing my rating, as the owner finally reached out to me. He was very kind and offered to replace my screen that was scratched really bad and also a detail inside and out free of cost. I really appreciated him taking care of my vehicle and taking his time to take care of the issues! I had high expectations for Enzo’s and was excited for my first car wash for my brand new car! With the minimum being $140, I was expecting a good job. I left with my BRAND NEW car scratched in multiple areas!! Also there was still bird poop on my car and the back windows were not cleaned at all. I left wanting to cry and have never been so disappointed in a car wash before in my life. I do not recommend this place at all!

They do an absolute incredible job and it is sooo easy to clean these big rigs now that they have a ceramic coating on them!
