Have had a TERRIBLE experience so far. I brought my car in for the full interior detail. I booked this about two weeks ago, staff was easy enough to speak with. Fast forward to picking up my vehicle, I am not satisficed with the cleaning provided, the girl checking me out offered to "touch it up" right then and there but I explained it didn't need a touch up it needed to be fully gone over. I said I would bring it back the next morning. This morning I dropped off the vehicle and explained my frustration and told them I would honestly prefer my money back at this point considering my lack of confidence in them to do this correctly. The front desk girl at this point was very quick to snap back and say they do not offer refunds. The attitude completely changed. The guy who had completed the detail walked out with me and i went over my concerns with him. He apologized and said they would touch it up. I left the vehicle and received a call about an hour and half later saying it was ready to be picked up. I come back and the car is STILL lacking having the "details" cleaned up. All it looks like they did was go over a few of the areas I had pointed out. This time another guy looked over the car with me and heard my concerns much better and said he would have it taken care of. The fact I've wasted my time to come back once again I could have cleaned it up myself and had an equivalent clean job myself. See my photos of a few area AFTER the detail. There is still grim, dirt, some areas clearly were not even touched. I hope they will try to make this right but as of now I DO NOT recommend to anyone looking for quality or service.

Amazing experience. The service was welcoming and fast. I got a 5 year ceramic coating + window tints on my ‘22 Civic. So happy with how it turned out, the pricing was reasonable as well. I brought my car in and it was pretty dirty & had some minor scratches from drive thru car washes and it showed up a lot on my black paint. I had some scheduling conflicts and they worked around them with no problems. When I picked it up today it looked straight out of the dealership, (but it’s even better now with protected paint & darker tints) 😍 Will be returning again!

Amazing service - you won't be disappointed! I've taken my 4runner through some pretty wild trails and after the detail, the paint looks better than when I bought it 4+ years ago! Great communication throughout the process, and even gave me a consult over the phone when I had questions about the window tinting! Never made me feel like I couldn't ask questions and very accommodating! 10/10 would recommend. Great business, great service, great results!

Terrible experience! I Paid 100$ for a window tint for one small rear window on a corvette. I dropped it off at 11am and they said it would be done by 2pm. I came by at 2:20pm and the front desk lady said they needed 15-20 more minutes. I came back 30 minutes later and they still weren’t done. 50 minutes passed by after she told me it would be done in 15-20 minutes and it still wasn’t done. I came back about an hour and a half later and they were barely finishing up. Upon arriving, no one was around but one guy. The guy told me the window tint had a lot of specs because it was dirty and that they struggled with one small window. After reviewing the window tint my self, I seen that the cuts weren’t accurate and the tint wasn’t even covering the full window with bubbles and a lot of specs. I paid the full price even after he told me they messed up, and had a huge time delay. They didn’t offer a discount for the time delay or messing up. I didn’t ask for a discount or say anything back to them when they told me they messed up but mentally took notes on how they did business. I paid my fee and walked out. I wouldn’t go here for window tints, over priced and they don’t know how to tint

Went back a couple weeks later because I needed only one part of my floor shampooed and they were kind and accommodating about the reason and charged a reasonable reduced rate for just that second. It was such great peace of mind that I could reach out to them for an emergency-ish smaller job and it didn’t severely break my budget for the week

Had a great experience at Epic Auto bringing my 2022 f450 for tint. Jorge is a Great guy he will take care of you! Came out better than I expected. I’ve had previous tint jobs at other locations and by far these guys are the way to go. Very knowledgeable team and kind to work with. Pricing justifies the quality. You won’t regret it. I went with 16% driver and passenger door to match my factory tint for the rear. And 55% windshield. These guys didn’t hesitate and knew exactly how to match it perfectly. They will be my go to from now on. They do more than just tint. Check them out!!

We had them detail and put window tint on a couple cars. We did have to come back for both cars to have new tint on one window each because of a bubble or ripples. I’m giving 5 stars because of the way they owned the mistakes and took care of it without any hesitation. Companies can be great when everything is going well, but how do they handle things when something isn’t correct. Mistakes happen, that’s life, but how does someone follow up? Epic handled the situation with great customer service! The detailing was great! Two of the vehicles had enormous amounts of dog hair, and they looked new afterwards. Way to go Epic!

Very pleased at how quickly I was able to book appointment and staff was friendly and very helpful. Only issue i had was my horn kept honking but they took it back in and spent more time getting that solved. It did honk several more times on way home but so far its stopped. They also told me to bring back in if honking continues. They did a great job. Only thing I would say is they need to check with client before throwing anything away. Almost threw my portable car charger away but they found it and no other issues. Would recommend.

$1200 paint correction and interior detail was purchased. Wanted my truck to look the best for a 10 year anniversary this Thursday. Body of truck was okay thought it would be better but it wasn’t bad. The interior however was horrible. Won’t be going back.
