I was very pleased with my first experience here! I brought my vehicle in for an alignment and was told that I would need a suspension assessment as well, since the misalignment was due to hitting a pothole recently. Even though they told me there would be this additional charge, they did not end up having me pay for it on the final invoice. They called me a couple of times to keep me updated with the progress throughout the day and got everything done on time as promised. Prices were fair and the service was great!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop was seriously busy, but they were able to get my car in for diagnostics and replace the brake pads, rotors and calipers. They did a safety inspection and since I am new to STL and umfamiliar with the safety inspection, let me.k ow what i needed done before i would register my car here, and what could wait. We didn't have a ride home or back to the shop and they dropped us off at home and came and picked us up to get my car.

Stay as far away from this place as you can get. I have never been treated so rudely in all the years I’ve dealt with hundreds of businesses. Disrespectful, unreasonable, short- tempered, condescending bullies who think they can make the rules up as they go along. This place is a complete joke of an auto repair shop. Don’t find out the hard way. Just go somewhere else.

Very pleased with Eric’s Mastercraft shop. I just had ABS brake work done on my truck and had a broken belt on a tire and rear shocks. I was very pleased with the price and the service. They went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. Very professional people.

Great shop great service. Eric goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is safe and ready to leave his shop after his repair. A lot of shops are out there ripping off. The customer. Eric is one of the most honest owners of an automotive repair shop I’ve ever met. I trust him with everything with recommendations on vehicles when it comes to repairs. He treats the vehicles like it’s his own. Great pricing on fixing your vehicles too. St. Louis finally has one of the best automotive repair shops with an owner that actually truly cares about his work and honesty. Customer service goes above and beyond.

I am so happy with my decision to bring my Volkswagen here. My mechanic had recently retired and when my check engine light came on I was PRESSED to find someone to do the job. They got me in next day! My car needed several services and they were able to do it all. I even got a loaner for the weekend which was so appreciated. They were patient with my many questions and I believe I paid a very fair price. I’ll definitely return when the need arises.

Really detailed and thorough service. Lots of people find issues in cars, Eric's helps you figure out the ones that matter and then fixes them for you. I really appreciate their approach and their help in maintaining an older car. We went there on a whim one time because we couldn't get something repaired at another shop and they took care of it without issue. I'm very appreciative of the work they do and how they help keep our aging fleet running.

I own a 2013 Grand Jeep Cherokee that only has 70xxx miles and has been serviced at the dealership from day one. My check engine light was randomly coming on so I took to the dealership and was told the repairs would be 15K. The car is perfect but at that price was considering a new car. I hated the thought of car payments and sales tax. I figured I would take to Eric's and see what they say. I was told they would do it all plus more for 5K! I get to keep a great paid off car because of this shop! I highly recommend them. Honest and very trustworthy.

Best auto shop in STL! REOPENNED AT LAST! Forever earned my loyalty when they recommend against $2,000 in work on a doomed car. They've had a consistent track record of finding underlying issues that other shops have diagnosed in circles costing me money for years. The reception staff are expert and able to answer almost any technical question posed. Eric is the most friendly and personable mechanic I've ever had a pleasure of working with. I have complete faith in his honesty and recommendations. They have even personally given me rides home so I didn't have to organize an Uber on several occasions. Truly the best shop especially for an early 2000s Acura! Glad you're back!

The staff at Master is top notch! I had a flat tire on my way to the hospital to check on my aunt who wasn't doing well. I was emotional, and they handles me with such care. They stopped what they were doing and tended to my tire. The tire was fixed in about 15 minutes, and they sent me on my way. I am so grateful to have them right at my back door! I’ve never been one to trust a mechanic shop or have had very good service with one as a female. This business is AMAZING!! They took my car right in same day, drove me home and picked me up when it was finished! They made sure to call me and advise me before performing any work what the found and gave a quote of how much it would cost before doing the work!
