Got a new car that I want to keep clean, but I don't want brushes cleaning it. Ernie's has been great! Check them out. Thank me later. Peace ✌🏻

Quite often many of the self wash bays are broken or the credit card machine doesn't work. If they maintained the place better it would do some good. They also do not have high pressure spot free rinse, it isn't very strong when on spot free

Trash service got the tire special and after I left I still had dirt all over my tires!! Paid 18.50 for them to not do there job! The kids there was lazy about brushing the car down 👎 definitely will not return to Ernie's ... I'd rather go to Scrub-A-Dub and pay a little more for a clean car 🚗

Came in today at 4:30 complaining to Jose about how upset I was that I just scratched my brand new car! He was so kind, took extra time to try and buff out the scratch a little, and even popped the bumper back in place so I didn’t run into further issues. I really appreciated the extra detail and care! Thank you again Jose!

Luis, the car wash attendant was polite, respectful, and thorough. He asked me if it was okay to scrub the car before he did it and the wash is by far the best automated wash around. I don’t trust many car washes because they are either touch less and do a bad job or they’re touch washes that don’t regularly clean or replace the cloth or bristles covered in pebbles and recruits, scratching your paint. I trust Ernie’s. They’re great. Very happy

Charged me $19 dollars on credit card even if the amount shown at the end of the car wash was less than $7. I didn’t forget to press Stop before I leave but still got overcharged. And the merchant information showed up in my credit card transaction history was some random fast food place. Very suspicious place to use you credit card!

Total waste of money. They pour a lot of liquids and expect the car to clean itself. No brushes or pat dry. I paid for their best offering and after passing through the wash it did not remove the snow in most places. When I pointed to the person that the car is not clean and layers of ice are still there he arrogantly said "we are a car wash and not a ice removal service" and did not even make a small attempt at rectifying the issue. Never going there again.

Alright, I'll admit it: I'm originally from Worcester, having left almost 16 years ago—heading down south where a gleaming car is practically a requirement, a bit of a status symbol, LOL... LOL... Since my return, I've noticed the need to wash my car every weekend has faded away. Despite my love and pride for my vehicle, I've slacked a bit in keeping it clean, especially with the salt-laden roads around here. Normally, I'd use scrub-a-dub coupons for my yearly cleaning, but with their recent renovations, they've been swamped. So, I decided to give Ernie's a shot instead. I've visited a few times in the past couple of months (January-February), and every time, I've been helped by Arnaldo (at least, that's the name on my receipt), and he's been fantastic! I stopped going to Ernie's years ago because I didn't feel like I was getting my money's worth ($18 for a car wash... yikes), but Arnaldo has truly impressed me by ensuring my car is genuinely clean. He goes the extra mile, even scrubbing my tires, and when I drive away from the car wash, my car looks like it just rolled off the lot! If it weren't for him, I wouldn't return because I hadn't previously received such top-notch service for the price. He deserves a raise or at least recognition because without him, I wouldn't choose Ernie's. He provides exceptional service, and I'm absolutely delighted (when he's there) when I leave the establishment.

Came for a wash. They advertised you can buy a book of 3 for $12 each instead of 16.50... they were out of coupons, so they gave me 2$ discount. The soap spray has several nozzles broken right where you need it most, on the driver side. I came earlier with wife's car, same thing with the nozzles. A bit disappointed. Have to call them and let them know about the problem.

This place is convenient however, they are a rip-off for charging you 1.50 for 2.42 minutes to vacuum your car. Why not 5 minutes? It takes you at least 5 minutes to vacuum a moderately dirty floor mat for the driver and passenger sides. It will run you about 6.00 to 7.50 to clean the entire car if you're trying to be thorough. I recommend people locate the free vacuum places around the area to save money.

Terrible they had no quarters. Auburn the same There tearing everything apart because of new owner is going to open it I don't know under another name. And it's going to be with credit cards which I don't like. Bad enough I go to a coin operated laundromat. I have a laundromat downstairs in my building but I go to a laundromat outside the building cuz I'm not using a credit card. I don't trust anything. I switched from scrub dub on Park Ave, years ago because I like ERNIES , better and now they're ruining everything by using credit cards instead of quarters. I'm going to invest in a car vac, and wash my car at my son's house.I will save money

This place by far is the best one around ,the service was the best service I have ever had at a car wash . We got the managers special for 22.50 was touchless , at the end we pulled back around and two very professional and friendly guys wiped our entire car down so there were no water spots at all they did each tire and rim as well and then sprayed them to make em shiney . Gave them in total an 11 dollar tip for their outstanding efforts . We will definitely only be coming to this one from now on , every place shud have the workers that were there this afternoon . So to the 2 gentleman that did the great job we appreciate your efforts .

Finally found a touchless wash that does undercarriage and plays nice with my snorkel. Great guys, great service, great prices. Their top tier wash is less than the price of the top tier wash at a chain like ScrubaDub, and a much more thorough wash too. Will definitely be going back with both my vehicles.

Friendly staff, plenty of vacuums. There are hands on car wash wands available if you dont want to use the touchless car wash. There is a change machine located in the back by the touchless car wash. It also takes cards if cash is not on hand. The machine will give out $2 token ($10 minimum required). This token will give you about 4 mins 39 secs of vacuum time. There are also vending machine and drink machines on the premise. This is my go to place because I drive for uber and Lyft. Clean and safe ❤

Easy to use equipment and not bad price for manual pressure washing! Only minor issues is having to untangle the foam sprayer so it distributes the protective coating better. *Updated 2/24/25 * Upon my most recent visit I came with an Ernie's special wash card and got the wax special. I was asked if I wanted my car to be brushed where I said to only brush the tires as my car is a Tesla Model 3 and any brushes scratches the paint. After exiting the car wash it was then I noticed that one of the assistants used a brush on the tail end of my car, scratching the paint. I tried rubbing it off to see if it was superficial but it isn't and has left me to adjust my review.

Went there today with my last free car wash voucher from Xmas. Was told it was no longer valid because they are new owners. I said you bought the place you bought their vouchers. The guy said his boss won't let him take it. MIND YOU they still have the Ernies sign. The company is Prestige. Prestige? I think not. Lost my business today

Horrible wash and even worse company. Ernie’s got bought out by Prestige Car Wash and its customer service is nonexistent. I had my car washed at the West Boylston and the employee working scratched several panels on my car with the handheld brush before the wash started. It sounded dry and you could hear it on the paint. Once the car dried you could see the damage. The car wasn’t clean at all from the wash and you can see the scratches following the brush marks left by the employee. I called the location and after 4 separate trips back to the location so they could take more pictures. It was always a runaround answer to waste my time driving back to the location. They finally sent me to the Grove St location where they were going to have the manager of that location polish out the scratches. We set a date to drop the car off only to have him text me a few days later saying the general manager is not longer taking care of the issue. So much time and gas wasted with them having me drive all around only to have them go back on their agreement to fix the damage they caused.
