I am always met with a pleasant greeting and informed about the pricing of the repairs being done in addition to the services that may be needed soon. They stay on top of new technology but are willing to listen to some old school advice. They have a good media presence so most of your questions can be answered online. Towing services can be provided if you do not have an auto club membership or road service benefit with your insurance.

Good service. The person I spoke with was Luke. Everything was up front, pricing and service. The repair work was done quickly and correctly. I plan on keeping my Subaru Outback for a long time. At 118K miles, it is still a baby. I gave him a short laundry list of things I want done to the vehicle and I received quotes via my email. I recommend them for service and repairs as I am going back to them. I live in the neighborhood and like to be close to repair shop where I can have my car serviced without any issues. I called other repair shops in the and they were not as friendly as the people from this shop. Try it out for yourself. Definitely recommended.

I took my 2014 Subaru Outback in for winterization. I replaced upper and lower hose, thermostat, had radiator flushed and new antifreeze. It cost a little more than I expected, but it was explained to me that it was the location of the thermostat, underneath the engine by the exhaust pipes, which cost in labor. ⬆️ Everything else was as expected.
