Wouldn’t recommend. There was always something new coming up wrong with my car. Once the receptionist told me to check the parts they were using….I became suspicious and took my vehicle to another shop. I was horrified learning repairs had not been made nor had parts been replaced. They will get over if they can. Be very careful with these people!

I have been going to this shop for years now! The owner is honest and shows concern for both customers and employees. I moved to the suburbs a couple years ago and still find myself driving to the city to have them look at my car. Once you find a trustworthy company, you need to stick with them!

Omg...I can't thank rusty and his team enough for the proffesionalism,honestly and dedication they have showed me. They made me feel so at ease and treated me like family. I got to be honest, I could not believe the unbelievable reasonable prices.  Rusty said one thing to me and it touch my heart.  He stated he will never take advantage of a women that walks into his shop because he has a wife, mom or daughter or neices that he wouldnt want no one to take advantage of. We were traveling through Chicago and our alternator fried. Rusty-- the owner of Integrity, had a full shop. When we told him our challenging travel schedule, he made sure we got taken care of that very afternoon. His crew were very friendly, and I'm tremendously grateful. Very professional customer service but lacking integrity. I dropped my car off for a tune-up and I inquired about getting a bluetooth module that I brought in with me, put in on my car and was told it would cost $450 plus a extra $200 to program it. I installed it myself after getting my car back in less than 1 min. This was my initial test to see if they ran a legitimate business. Btw the only programming involved was pairing the bluetooth with my phone. I still don't understand why they tried to charge so much. I was only offering them the simple job since I was letting them work on my car anyway. My instrument cluster was working when I dropped off my car but they insisted that they never touched it and that it was out when I dropped my car off. Once I provided photo evidence that it was working minutes before I gave them the car I was told it just "coincidentally" went out on their watch. I was also told my car was ready but had to be test driven before I could pick it up. A little over a week went by and I was never informed of any reason for my car to be kept a extra week. When I asked about the delay I was told that several attempts had been made to contact me but no call log could be provided or number they called me from. I accused them of joyriding my car which they denied but ironically when I get my car back my instrument cluster "coincidentally" went out and we can't see the mileage. Personally I thought customer service was top notch. Very nice people but honest I just can't agree with that.

I have been going Integrity auto repair of Chicago for the past five years and service my vehicles there regularly. They have the best customer service and always make sure to have my car done when they say they will and I always get a fair price. I have been to other repair shops and have been cheated and have overpaid. I have compared the prices of other repair shops and with Intergity auto repair you get great quality along with the piece of mind that you are truly not being taken at advantage of. I got a referral to come here from a family member and have never gone anywhere else since then. If you want quality and excellent customer service then this is the place for you! The negative reviews on here are from people who dont want to pay at all to get their cars fixed and want something for nothing. Guess what you can’t find that anywhere! You get what you pay for! As for the people leaving a negative review about the used car side, if you have ZERO credit or horrible credit how do you expect to get financed at a good rate. Try to go to any dealership and find that. They do the very best they can to try and give you the best rate. Integrity auto repair has good people with good ethics. They have have high standards and stick to them. Don’t come here if you are looking for a free ride and to try and take advantage of good people just trying to help you out. Go to a chop shop down the street.

I bought a used Mercedes, that has given me hell, and I took it to Rusty and his team. They were amazing. I had a lot of work to do and they made sure it got done right. I eventually had to take the car to Mercedes for a technical service bulletin. Where I received my car in worse condition than I sent it in. New leaks, a damaged radiator, and my car was filthy, (after I recently had the interior steamed clean). Rusty called Mercedes and tried to fight the good fight with them, regarding the work they'd done. The team is solid, they do great work, and they endeavor to make sure you're happy. Rusty talks a lot and makes sure you understand what's wrong with your vehicle, as well as any options before he fixes anything. They can take care of my Mercedes Benz anytime.

This place is a mess. I first took my car here back in December 2020 since it wasn't starting. They diagnosed a starter issue. Fixed it as well as replaced the battery. Fast-forward to February and it was again having issues with starting up. I figured since I had it fixed at Integrity in December for the same issues, I would call and see if maybe it was a battery issue with the cold temps, they could replace it since it was still under warranty. I had the car towed to them and they took a while to diagnose (also took a long time to diagnose back in December) that it was an issue with the alternator. Had it fixed. Then a couple of days later, they texted me to say that there was an issue with the power wire that runs from the battery to the front of the car (it's a 2008 bmw). Since the cost for this was to high, I declined to have it repaired. Since then, I've told them to just get the car to start, I will go in and pay for the costs I approved, and for them to return the car to me. The mechanic tells me that the front office guy left and hasn't been able to reach him. I gave him plenty of time to get that sorted out but now, 2 months later, and I STILL don't have my car back. The guy keeps telling me that he's been trying to sort everything out and that the cost for the repairs is higher than what I'm telling him even though I sent him pictures of the messages I sent to the front office dude saying what I had approved and for how much. Seems like a scam to me to say it's this much then not honor it just because some dude left, even though I have evidence. DO NOT go to this place. They take forever to respond, even when the front office guy was there and take a long time to get to repairs. Now, with the front office guy gone, the mechanic keeps telling me there a 50 cars and that he's on the phone all day. As if it were my problem. My car has been there for 2 months now! This is very unreasonable. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Careful with these guys. Brought in my car and they said I needed all four breaks and rotors replaced. They quoted me a extremely high number so I decided to get a second opinion. at the other mechanic they said it was only the back brakes that needed to be replaced and the front was completely fine. Integrity auto? Not much of a good name for you. They also have fake reviews.

Integrity Auto definitely lives up to it's name. Rusty and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND with regard to taking care of me and my car. They came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. They did a fantastic job explaining everything to me in terms I could understand. I had a lot wrong with my car and took the time to make that it was all right when I got it back. Rusty took care of my Toyota Tacoma 2017 after a late night driver t-boned my vehicle. There was over $8,000 in damages done to the vehicle, including the exterior, wheels, undercarriage components, and suspension system. He left my vehicle driving better than new. Integrity Chicago Auto Repair will be the only place I go to for any vehicle upgrades or repairs. Beyond the quality work, Rusty is a family man, and is passionate about vehicle customization and repairs. As a manufacturing engineer, I pay close attention to the technical aspects of quality work. I got quoted $900 for unnecessary repairs that costs $400 at other auto repair shops. Get a second opinion and a quote from another auto repair. Rusty the owner may seem nice and genuine but he is pretty sleazy. he even told me he was giving me a discount at that price. my problem was my brake pedal was soft. it worked perfectly though. my usual place even told me it was okay but i wanted a second opinion. Rusty told me it was because of a leak in the master cylinder and power booster even though there was no sign of a leak and that i needed to replace the master cylinder and power booster or the brakes would fail. i made the replacements and the brakes are the same. I don't think there was a problem to begin with just a waste of money.

Look, I took my geriatric 2006 Land Rover to Integrity for help on an electrical issue with my driver seat. The damn thing couldn't move up or down. Rusty, the man, the legend, said no problem and fixed it up within a day. The thing is I had taken this car to another shop to get fixed up and they took three weeks without even fixing the issue. RUSTY AT INTEGRITY knows what he is DOING. Fair price, customer service was decent, quick service. If you're looking for a trusty car repair shop, this is the one.

This place is a joke they have my car . They were supposed to fix it but instead the owner is NOT giving my car back and am not the only one who’s been waiting to get their car back . I called him too many times to even remember and am not the only one complaining about the same issue . Look owner just give US our car back answer my calls or my text ….. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE …
