The worst place to take your vehicle. Gas tank fell they told me 400 I said fix it. Then half hour later needs new tank 1300. I went on line and found out that there is no new tanks for my vehicle. They were going to rip me off with a used one. Do not ever take your vehicle to them.

In March of 2017 they put a used engine in my car and left a sandwich on top of the engine block. It continue to leak oil and every time I took it back for that issue I got the car back in the same condition. Ray is a nice guy to do business with but his mechanics did not do such a good job on my car. I knew I might be taking a gamble putting a used engine in my car but it should have lasted a little longer than 3 months after $4,000 in repairs my car is still not working. I'm very upset I thought my car was in good hands and I trusted their work but they did a bad job on my engine. I took my car here because my brother-in-law recommended it but I now regret it.

This guy told me if he did not like The used tires that I bought from someone else then he was not going to do my alignment. All I wanted was alignment but he tried to get me to buy all four new tires even though one of them was new. Have my car for four hours and it didn’t do nothing because of how my tires look to him.

I do not recommend going to this shop, they are overpriced, and liars! Gave me a highly priced list of things i need done on my car before i can get an wheel alignment, which was a lie because i had all the parts on the list replaced new already! Also said some of the parts i had on my car wasn't the correct parts! If that was tru then how are the parts on my car then!? 🤔. Went to my usual shop today and they only said one thing i needed replaced and i took that part in for them to finish the work of my wheel alignment and it was back running amazing!. Never go to this shop! They will scam u out of your money!

Went here for a tune up but during inspection they found that my engine had a bad head. They worked with me on fixing the problem and also deducted as much as they could to help me with cost. 6 months later my car is still running perfect. I definitely would recommend going here because they go above and beyond to satisfy the customer.

Terrible service or lack there of, refused to flush a radiator because “it seemed complicated and we won’t touch it” it is a standard flush as I explained. But left because I’m not going to pay if the person at the desk is being lazy it speaks to how I feel my vehicle will be handled.

Terrible customer service, the woman who picked up the phone couldn’t give me any information about parts being available for my car. Said she has to look at the car first and charge 75$ inspection fee and see if we have parts so it can be done today or not. Didn’t ask what my car model is. I told her I’m telling you what brake parts I need, Why cant you just look it up if you have it in stock today so I don’t drive over there for nothing. She said I can’t until I see the car. Absolutely makes no sense. I tell you no brains in that person.

Brought a G20 van in the past with no problem. Switched vehicles to a Honda Civic and took it to Firestone to run their computer diagnostics First tag was $1,600. After communicating that the work they’re doing isn’t worth the price we settled for 1,500. Get a call 2 days later and they say the alternator housing is broken so it’s now going to be $1,400 but will take a week. Get there and the final charge is $1,490. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. They do easy labor and charge double the amount. Not to mention they buy parts for cheaper and make money off of that too. No way a lower control arm costs 300. Never going back there again.

Do not go here. Overpriced. Receptionist lady blows up your phone with a million phone calls if you don’t pick up the first time. I literally got like 20-30 missed calls within an hour time frame while I was busy at work. One phone call with a voicemail would be sufficient. You are my mechanic, not someone who’s obsessed or stalking me. Be more professional. They don’t really “fix” your problems. Every time they fixed my problem, the problem would arise again soon after. I got tired of dumping my money here so I found a cheaper better mechanic who actually gets the job done. Mess up one time, I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and give you another chance but if you mess up two times, I’ll be the dumb one going to you the third time. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I regret ever going here and wasting so much time and money! Don’t be like me.

My car suddenly broke down and I had it towed to Firestone (first-time customer at Firestone). I chose this location based on the reviews. The staff was friendly, honest and straightforward. Price was fair. I felt comfortable, highly satisfied and well taken cared of. To top all of this off, they diagnosed and fixed my car all in one day. My car now runs smoothly. Took a while to fix my vehicle even though I told them what was needed in advance. Finally got vehicle back and noticed a few things they missed after having my vehicle for weeks. I determined the causes within 10 minutes. Maybe they can hire me since they are that busy.

Horrible customer service. Will try to give you the run around and not answer your questions. Last two times I went here two different cars just for an oil change pull off with a check engine light on. No explanation and will not listen because you arent talking to them in a soft tone even though you just paid money and now yo car got other random problems. Oil change took almost an hour and they come talking about the car wont start bad alternator out of nowhere. Car never had a starting problem, never had a alternator problem but somehow they get it and it does. They will “fix” your problem but cause another one so you come back

BEWARE, will try to build rapport with you to take advantage of you. The one time I decide to come alone without my husband, mind you this was my fourth time coming here, & I promise I won’t be back, I specifically stated to them numerous times was only bringing car in for a tire or oil change (basic maintenance) I have a platinum extended warranty with dealership and told them when it came to other mechanical problems or brakes that I wanted the work done at the dealer without dealing with after market parts. Now all of sudden after waiting over an hour for an oil change when it wasn’t busy at all, I’m magically leaving out the door with an alternator problem, anti theft light on and check engine light now on unnecessarily, never had an issue with my car starting or any other mechanical issues for that matter, if there was an issue starting the car I should’ve been notified immediately “hey have you been having trouble starting your car?” Not “oh you have a problem with your alternator” then had the nerve to ask me why do I have a jump start box in my trunk, that’s none of your concern. They seen a young woman by herself with a foreign car and tried to take advantage of me, not my first rodeo unfortunately, my mother and husband were service advisors now I have to spend unnecessary time off of work to get the car looked at the dealership and deal with a loaner. I’ve been going to Firestone for years should’ve stuck with my first mind and stayed loyal to my roots over on 91st at brads tire Firestone where they’ve been trustworthy for over 20 years with my last cars and family. I should’ve known from the jump when the lady at the front desk said “you’ve been cheating on me haven’t seen you since last year, “ My car requires an oil change every 7500k miles why on earth would I need to come there if I’m not buying a tire or getting an oil change, once again basic maintenance & your not even my usual shop like I’ve repeatedly stated my other car goes to Firestone on the eastside and my newer car always goes to the dealer for everything because it’s under warranty. If you care about your vehicle do not do business with them, I should’ve known better from the previous reviews people left stating they had similar issues with them, causing more problems on people cars

Keep going!!! two bad experiences one with my daughters car. they have free oil change coupon on the website but when I got there they acted like they didn't know anything about it. then told me they can only put in premium oil an it will cost $65 so I left and emailed them and asked again what does it mean if they can't honor it. they eventually did but actually put conventional oil, what happened to premium? No I had a headlight out so I brought them them the bulb and he tried charging 190 because of labor. the computer says 2 hours when it took them 15 min. and charged me 90. I told him before they do it let me know how much and all he said is ill take care of you... seriously 90 dollars and they didn't even put it in right so I'm back again taking time out of life. look at the driver side bulb.... overall they over charge and lie

The service is acceptable, and they are quick to respond to problems with the vehicle. They accept bumper-to-bumper extended warranties on vehicles. I feel bad that my warranty does not cover everything on my car. My thermostat assembly and hose were not covered under the warranty. I had my car for 11 years and never had any major maintenance issues. I am upset that the price is high on some of the parts, but at least they make sure you are taken care of.
