EuroFix flushed and replaced the brake fluid on my BMW E46. The folks there scheduled my job for the afternoon of the same day I contacted them, completed the work quickly, and charged me about 10% less than they had estimated. Everyone at the shop treated me politely and professionally, and so far the work they did has been perfectly effective. Since I have lived in Nashville since only April, I tried EuroFix to see if they might become the garage I go to whenever my car needs service. One visit may provide little evidence, but I would bring my car back to EuroFix without hesitation.

I’m so mad at myself for taking my mini to the dealership for years when EuroFix was right here. I switched because the dealership kept screwing up my car. I went in to EF for an oil change, they let me know some things my car also needed with no pressure to go ahead if I didn’t want to, though I wanted to. It was so much more affordable, and everyone I spoke with there was very nice. I’ll definitely be a regular now.

Service was good and on time. However they weren’t able to honor our service coupons so a little more expensive than expected. Biggest issue was they could not recalibrate the computer on my SUV to show service was performed which was disappointing. Very nice personnel and will return when more service is needed

I really appreciate the service I received. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. I am from out of town and my car alarm was triggered at a parking lot a mile away. The car battery died and the computer components were not acting correctly. The car after being jumped off at the parking garage was only going 2 miles an hour. I pulled into EuroFix’s lot at 4:00pm they told me the suspected issue. They diagnosed and fixed the issue the next morning. I am so grateful.

Everyone was super nice at Eurofix and they got my BMWx5 right in and were able to diagnose it within a day. Lori was so helpful and very responsive when I would ask for updates. I was very disappointed this place who ripped me off with a diagnosis and an oil change. They did not change my oil or check fluids on my Audi but charged me and took my money. After I called knowing my oil had not been changed, and fluids not filled, Sam gave me a refund for the oil change $132 but I still was ripped off for a the diagnosis. I didn’t get a refund for the $220 diagnosis which I considered extremely high, too. I would not recommend EuroFix to anyone. Very unprofessional and the front desk lady knew it all along but still took my money knowing the work wasn’t done.

EuroFix Nashville is the very best for competent, courteous service! Multiple electrical issues were diagnosed and resolved … my “senior” GL450 is behaving like a happy kid now! The car was delivered so nicely cleaned up that it looked as if some parts were brand new. Though it can be extremely stressful having to deal with car repair issues, manager Sam is pleasant and extremely patient! We went through some hurdles but he is great at explaining and working through the process. I’m completely pleased with the outcome and recommend Eurofix in Belle Meade unequivocally.

These are lovely people. Very personable and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately my service experience wasn't as lovely. I got the date wrong for my service appointment (mea culpa!) and ended up taking the car in on the wrong day. I rescheduled while I was there, and also chatted with the manager about the services the car might need. I explained that since I didn't put many miles on the car, I had never done all of the scheduled mileage maintenance. I only log about 5k miles per year, and as such am just now to the 30k mark. The manager stated that the car would likely need an oil change (natch), coolant flush, CVT fluid flush, brake fluid flush and spark plugs, all based on age not mileage. I explained that I thought the spark plugs were replaced the prior year, but that the car still sputtered on start up. I said I would check the prior year's maintenance records to see about the spark plugs before bringing it in. Turns out, I had the brake fluid AND spark plugs replaced the prior year, I don't actually have CVT fluid because my model doesn't have CVT. We agreed to the oil change and the coolant flush (because I couldn't find record of that being done recently). I also held up a printout of the Audi PDF maintenance schedule and checklist from my prior year's dealer service and said "are you guys going to check this stuff? I want to make sure the car is in good condition." They said they didn't have a checklist but would give it a good once over. My car was at the shop for about five and a half hours before the manager called to tell me it was ready to go and someone would come get me (about 1.5 miles away) to pick it up. All good so far, right? Well, I paid for the repairs and drove the car home. The very next day, while leaving a business meeting, my car wouldn't start in a parking lot. I called the shop and after about an hour they came and jumped off my car and took it back to the shop (maybe 2-3 miles away). I asked if someone had checked the battery. I was told that checking the battery (even after the discussion about spark plugs and stuttering starts) was not procedure. I was told that not even the dealer would not have checked the battery. I'm sorry, but isn't the battery a pretty integral part of the car? Wouldn't you think someone would check a 7 year old battery, especially after making a big deal over other "time factor service" like the coolant and CVT? Well, they didn't. It is, by the way, on two of the three checks from the dealer both of which were shown on the PDF I brought with me when I dropped off the car (PDF available on the internet) and in my prior service checklist (photo provided and also shown when dropping off car. I missed a business meeting while all this was going on, so I wasn't too pleased. Actually, I was downright peeved to have been essentially carless for the better part of two days. Also, and this was totally random, when I arrived to pick my car up, it was in front of the shop, on the street basically, engine running, unlocked with the keys in it. Anyone could have taken my car. I was told "two people were watching it" but the only person visible in the shop was sweeping the floor and not paying attention to my car. And besides, if someone got in and locked the door and took off, what good would someone watching from the shop do? My car would be as good as gone the second the person got in. Anyway, again I want to stress just how nice everyone was. And it was great that they provide shuttle service if you live nearby and were willing to come pick me up after the battery died. But seriously, you don't check the battery? A 7-year old battery on a car that has been reported to have problems starting? C'mon!

Can't say enough about Sam and the team at EuroFix - Belle Meade. They've been taking good care of our cars for years but took it to a whole new level when our VW's timing chain snapped and we ended up needing a whole new engine. Sam spent countless hours wrangling with the warranty company over a replacement engine and parts, even sending two engines back. We were close to giving up on the whole thing, but Sam took it upon himself to find an engine he felt comfortable putting into our vehicle. He did and I'm happy to report that the car is back in service and running great.

Everyone talks about how service is dead. Well, I can tell you it’s alive and kicking at EuroFix. I’m a long time customer from 2021, but the car has been in storage the last few years. What a great outfit. Sam is knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. Services are on time and efficient with great communication. Tucker handled the appointment and made it easy. Lori was patient and answered my questions like a pro. EuroFix is the only place in town I could find to work on a Maserati. There isn’t even a dealer anywhere in TN.
