★☆☆☆☆ Both times I took my car for regular maintenance it sat in the lot for 3 weeks before being looked at. The last time I was told my maintenance work should be warranty covered, and to pay cash and call the warranty myself. The warranty company needed to talk to the shop and Bela refused to call and ghosted me competly. Now I'm stuck with the $2000 dollar bill for a coolant hose and valve cleaning. Go somewhere else. As i see the owner replied, let me set the record straight. I brought the car in for a coolant leak. I never reported a CEL, though he wrote it up like i did. The repair was not performed correctly, you reinstalled the intake manifold wrong and left me with a gross vacuum leak, as well as i had the valves you 'cleaned' checked. they were black as tar, and cruddy in 500 miles. I have pictures and receipts to prove all of this as well as the additional $2000 spent to fix your mess up. Additionally its silly you think im upset with the cost, im mad my car sat in your dirty lot, outside for 3 weeks. i received the worst customer service of my life being ghosted by a business. I brought you my PORSHCE, i do not care about the cost to fix it. I care about trying to be taken advantage of as a wheelchair user, because you don't think i can verify your crap work. If i could take the 1 star away i would. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE, you will be better ANYWERE else.
