★★★★★ You probably remember me from the Black dude with F150, who you guys did so right💪🏿. I do shop around. My issue with the Catalytic Convertor. The places I went to told me that I needed both of them fixed, for an arm and a leg 🦵. Even the price to fix one ☝🏿 was very outrageous. I finally landed on you guys: The estimate was unbelievably affordable, service was quick and I went home to check if the job was done right and it was. I’m very grateful. My truck sounds and runs good and I can’t smell the fumes from the exhaust at all

★☆☆☆☆ I went to get a exhaust installed on my truck, after talking to them I asked to bring it in and they said they don't do appointments and just to bring it in that day at 3:30 like we discussed. When I got there he said he was to busy but would get it in. I told him I could come back but he said no he would get it in. After a hour they got it on the rack around 4:30 and started working on it. Closer to 5:15 the manager came out and started helping the welder and totally messed up his work buy moving the exhaust when he was about to tack it. When I mentioned it was off he snapped at me and said, "Well that's what you get when you bring in your vehicle at 4:30" I responded and said, excuse me, you got my vehicle at 3:30 and I told you I could bring it back if you didn't have time. He just got pissy and walked away, as did I because I didn't want to choke the guy out. When I went to pay, I told him I didn't appreciate the comment and he never said any apology or anything, just said when we get busy its very frustrating!! Like im supposed to have some sympathy for him or something. Later that night I looked closer at the welds and the measurements of the tips and they were awful and way off. I called back a day later and they told me to bring it in and they would fix it. When I got it up there they fixed the work, all except the welds. This is probably the worst welding job iv ever seen. As someone who has welded before I would be embarrassed for someone to see welds like this. See below The only person worth anything there is the lady in the office. She needs to quit and find a place she is appreciated. Honestly she could do better then this dump. Below are the welds on my exhaust, feel free to look up what a actual MIG weld is supposed to look like. Oh and I also overheard some of the quotes they quoted people for things, lol, they might as well just rob you. I saw one guy bring his care back after being gone for 5 minutes after they "claimed" to fix his radiator. A few other people brought their cars back immediately after picking them up, after they said they fixed it. This place is sketchy, save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.
