I have been trying to get an oil change for several days, but due to the holiday everyone was full with a long wait. However, this morning was the same so called Express Automotive & spoke to Mike. He said, We close at 12pm due to the holiday. So, I said, I was on my way. When I made it there, he said that he was closed, but still serviced me. I was very appreciative & grateful to know that there are still some kind & good people still in the world that care. OAN: His shop wasn't like any traditional oil change facility. Some shops are typically nasty & hesitate to go in & sit down. This facility was very CLEAN, TV worked & smelled pleasant. Mike was also very nice & showed great hospitality. He saved the day & my 2018 Honda Accord said, THANK YOU, too because it was long overdue...

My experience at Express Care Automotive was beyond great!!! The customer service was awesome and pricing was more than reasonable...not only that, staff made me feel that what was wrong with my vehicle they valued it and was very extremely patient with me...I as well received my car in a decent time and appreciated the great honesty that was given to me...I HIGHLY recommend ANYONE to go there and get your Car cared for, the name speaks for itself just as well as the staff!!! Express Care Automotive is PHENOMENAL!! My daughter was having issues with her vehicle and discovered this 💎. The owner/manager ( Mike) was Superb. He was knowledgeable on all of our concerns and needs. He was proficient in all aspects of the job. He was very attentive as well as his fellow employees. The service was faster than Express it was " STAT " Care. We were in and out in less than an hour and that timeframe also included our consultation. I definitely recommend Express Care Automotive for any of your automotive services. This is my NEW to-go-to location for all my vehicle malfunctions. It's a complete Utopia....from automotive repair, body work to purchasing a used vehicle, it's all here. The customer service will surely exceed your expectations!!!

This shop is NOT your average shop. Second time using their service and both times it felt like I was hanging out at a friends house. The people here definitely gives “Southern Hospitality“. Don’t drive pass them because you think they may not offer a service, stop or call and ask, they do it all. Speedy service and the prices are more than reasonable. This place got me in and out! I called as soon as they opened to get my thermostat replaced and they squeezed me in same day! The customer service was the best I’ve received since I moved to Jackson. Their prices are so reasonable and you can tell the people care! They’re super professional and knowledgeable. If I could give them a hundred stars I would!

This Place is definitely the solution to your automotive needs .I was stressed trying to find out the solution to my Honda Accord stalling to crank and loss of power and this place seemed to fall from Heaven. Everything was great the atmosphere was comfortable and very nice with great workers. Mike showed concern was knowledgeable and was very professional I highly recommend this place. My tire hazard light was on, so I stopped here to see if they were able to check the tire for me. The young man was so kind. They checked the tired, told me what was wrong and took care of it for me. They got me in quickly, the prices were great, and the waiting area is really nice and comfy. They entire staff were very professional & polite. They went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I had great conversations with the owner Mike & Erica at the front desk. Even found out that Erica was also an Army Vet. So of course we definitely shared some of our Army memories. This is definitely the nicest auto shop I’ve ever been to. I highly, highly recommend them! Caught a flat late Saturday night , the employees we’re outside talking . I stopped and ask for assistance very nice young men . The business was closed they got the owner and he came out and let them get me and the kids back rolling, I most definitely rate them a 5 because they were closed and headed home to their families but they got right on the job and assisted me. ! I was in transit to move to Shreveport La, my rear tire started spewing grease. They had the most pleasant waiting room and atmosphere... Everyone was friendly and professional...
