This is my favorite place to have my vehicle serviced. I stopped in yesterday to have the oil changed. Mr. Earlie had me drive my car right into a bay and began the service. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what my car needed and the cost upfront. Service was completed quickly and I was back in the road. I will always use this location for my vehicle service and repairs! Thank you Mr. Earlie. You are the best!

I've come here with my Tahoe and Camaro. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They will let you know what services are available at their location. My Tahoe's previous owner was an Express Oil Change client and they linked up the old service record with my new customer account. My Camaro's tires were low on air pressure. We confirmed on the door jamb what the tire pressure should be and within minutes, my tires were inflated back to spec. My Camaro takes a certain engine oil and I was pleased to learn that it was available at this location. The staff also assured me they could perform a differential service. I plan to return soon to get caught up on a couple maintenance items.

My daughter visited this location a few weeks ago for a simple oil change. An employee named Kerry spoke with her about what needed to get done on her vehicle. He talked down to her like she was clueless and didn't know anything. When referencing the cabin filters and such, he told her they would need to be changed, which my husband had just done himself only a month or two prior. It made me feel as if they were just trying to get her to shell out more money, knowing her car didn't need new filters yet. When she told him that her dad had already done all that, he proceeded to tell her "You can't rely on daddy forever". If you have a young driver, especially a female, I would not recommend this business. It's shameful how they are attempting to take advantage of innocent customers based on their age/gender/looks. Absolutely embarrassing.

They took the time to understand why I was asking for the service and explained that it wouldn’t take care of the issue. This kind of honesty to recommend against upcharges and knowledge enough of the car’s systems to do so is a refreshing experience among auto mechanics. I went to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers on 69South. The technician Brian was very knowledgeable and also took very good care for my need for an oil change. I have been going to that particular Express Oil for a couple of yrs now and, each time I go I have no complaints they even remember me from other services on my car that I have utilized.
