Eric has great customer service skills and is helpful, the guys in the shop was friendly and displayed great work ethics. My tire install was scheduled to begin between 11 and 12, they started at 11:30 and changed 4 tires, mounted and balanced and completed at 12:30, not bad, they offer free air and they offer a wide array of services such as oil changes, brakes, shocks and they will inspect your vehicle for you, their prices are reasonable. I was impressed with Eric's professionalism as he assisted an elderly couple with a tire, they replaced a tire and had them back on the road in about 30 minutes. I recommend them and I will use them again....

EDIT I called customer service like the reply suggested, the person on the phone seemed like they really wanted to help. The owner got in touch with me by phone & I was able to get my car in there & they finally fixed their mistake. END OF EDIT. The worst place ever! I've been here 3 times & I've had issues each time. The first 2 times I was like okay maybe these guys are just having a bad day but this 3rd time now I know that they're just unprofessional & have no idea what they're doing. This last time they lost my wheel lock key but didn't tell me & I assume they just hoped I would leave without it but I didn't & the guys knew they lost it & just weren't gonna say anything so I stayed there until they found it, it being a used wheel lock key that obviously wasn't mine to start with but fit my car. I had the front driver side tire replaced & I didn't do a thorough inspection after they changed the tire so I guess this is kinda on me for thinking these guys could do their job right. I'm driving my car after getting that tire replaced & the warning light comes on saying low PSI & dropping for that new tire. Can't be true right? This is so insane. I make it home & go to check the PSI but the valve stem for that tire is wedged behind the hub cap so the hub cap is pressing on the valve stem causing it to leak air. How can you call yourself a tire place but you can't even put a hub cap on correctly? Luckily they didn't actually tighten the lugs on the hub cap, because that would be considered doing their job & by now we all know they're not gonna do that, so I was able to just pop the hub cap off & see the issue. Of course they lost the aftermarket valve stem cover I had because why not at this point. So now the valve stem is messed up & leaking air. At this point I figure they probably broke the valve stem & decided to put the hub cap on incorrectly hoping that I wouldn't notice. Mavis should be paying me at this point with all the repairs I've made to their "work". I would call this place a joke but it's not even funny anymore.

I came in thinking I had a slow leak in one of my tires but turned out that my sensors were bad. I wish I had a name to give you, but he brought me in the area to show me. Gave me an offer to replace the sensors and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Very kind gentleman.

I scheduled an appointment for new tires. When I arrived the customer service was garbage! Seemed to have his child with him. Barely spoke ,grabbed my keys...I asked are you going to call? Or text when it's done? Answered ,we will call....oh I'm sorry that I'm spending a grand on tires...you might want to at least say thank you...never will bring my vehicles back to Mavis. I will also spread the word of how bad the customer service is.

I had a great experience at Mavis Tire! The staff was very polite, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made everything simple and stress-free. I especially want to compliment Trey for going above and beyond. He was kind, patient, and really took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly to me even when I was not understanding at first. My son brought his 2005 Toyota in for what was supposed to be a simple oil change. The mechanic came back telling him I had a “busted oil pan.” That immediately didn’t sit right with me. There was no oil leaking anywhere in my yard where I park my car every single day, and my oil light never came on. That’s the first red flag.So I decided to get a second opinion and thank God I did. My personal mechanic came to where he was looked underneath my car and found two punctures in the oil pan. Not a crack, not a normal wear issue two clean puncture holes with a screwdriver. That told me everything I needed to know. It looked intentional, and that’s exactly what made my blood boil.Then to top it off, they had the nerve to quote me over $700 to fix it, and when my son asked about paying with a card, they said it would be an extra 10% fee just to use it! That’s ridiculous and completely unprofessional..When we went to a local auto parts store to get the replacement part so our own mechanic could do the job, the clerk there didn’t even seem surprised. They said this place already has a bad reputation for shady work and ripping people off. That confirmed everything I was feeling. . If you value honesty, integrity, and fair business, do NOT take your car here. Always get a second opinion before letting anyone touch your vehicle. These people tried it with the wrong one. Im reporting them to the State and BBB

I had such a great experience at this tire shop thanks to Alonzo, who went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I arrived, he made sure I was comfortable and fully understood what I was getting. He took the time to explain the different tire options, what would be best for my vehicle, and exactly what work they were going to do. What really stood out to me was how honest and caring he was. Before selling me four new tires, Alonzo personally checked my vehicle and let me know that I might only need three instead of all four, he wasn’t just trying to make a sale; he was making sure I was taken care of. That kind of honesty and professionalism is rare these days. He answered every question I had with patience and made sure I understood everything before the work was done. I originally planned to buy my tires from a completely different place, but after talking with Alonzo and seeing how knowledgeable and genuine he was, I decided to purchase here instead. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their customers, go see Alonzo. He’s awesome! I’ll definitely be returning for any future tire needs.
