The "low tire" indicator light was on in my car, but I had no idea which tire was low. David, one of the Express Oil Change & Tire technicians was awesome. He checked and serviced each tire as needed and checked for leaks on the suspect tire. He pointed out a small chunk was missing in the suspect tire along with a chip in the rim. Thanks David for the exceptional customer service!

These guys truly saved the day! My daughter had a nail in her tire and was driving a car full of friends, rushing to get one of the girls to her birthday party. We pulled into Express Oil Change, and the team jumped into action immediately. Once they removed the tire, they discovered not just one, but two nails! I was able to slow roll our vehicle into the shop parking lot after a blown tire. The manager, JD, and his team were super helpful in diagnosing the situation. They found defects in a 2nd tire that was too dangerous to continue driving. They did not have matching tires in stock but JD called a nearby tire shop and even loaned me his personal vehicle to pickup the new tires and then he and his team installed them. A total life saver coming back from vacation on Labor Day. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding customer service.

Can’t say enough good things about this location. Always working with me and trying to find the best way to go about my car issues. The most recent time I stopped by was because I ran over a nail while driving and one of my back tires was losing air fast. Stopped in and asked what they could do, they ended up patching it on the spot free of charge due to the fact I was a returning customer!! Awesome staff and management over here. My alignment was slightly off, so not a huge project but they were able to get it done in less than 30 minutes from the time I walked into the shop. Came in for an oil change and somehow ended up at the Indy 500. Ariel quick-moving pit crew legend was flying through that bay like he had NOS in his veins. Vaun looked like a mad scientist mixing rocket fuel & manhandling all of the air filters, Fred wrote my VIN down so carefully it felt like a love letter, and Dave was under the car handling the bottom like it was a sacred mission. They had me in and out before my coffee even cooled down. My car’s purring, my faith in humanity’s restored, and most importantly, my damn oil change light is finally off. 10/10 — absolutely let this crew lube ya up. 🏎️💨🔥

I am so glad I found this place. Fast, great service at a reasonable price! These guys, and girl, are honest! I feel confident I can send my wife here to get her oil changed without her coming home and saying "well, they told me I needed this, this, and this"! Finally, an honest place!
