I am from Cape Cod and I got into a bad accident and needed bodywork on the Cape. It was a three month waiting list just to get an appointment. Gerry, the service advisor was able to get my work done in a little under three weeks. The car looks brand new. It looks better than it did before I got into the car accident. Gerry was very professional, and always kept me up-to-date on all the time frames. He even went the extra mile to clean and detail my car. Just to let you know it's a 3 Hour Drive just to get to Worcester. It was well worth the three extra hours in being without a car for three weeks. One of, if not, the best experiences I've had with my car. Extreme Auto Repair was not only efficient and fast in getting my car fixed but the customer service was simply amazing! Someone hit my passenger side door and it looks brand new! Not to mention my car was washed and vacuumed upon picking it up! To top it off, $60 was wedged somewhere in my car and it was placed in my cup holder when I went to pick it up. I’ve had a work done xtreme auto multiple times Each And-every time my car goes in a mess and comes out in great shape. The shop is very well run the owner and manager are great to talk to are very thorough. They get me in right away, they are accurate in the timeframe that they are going to get the job done and the job Gets done very well. I highly recommend them If you need body work or Mechanical work. Just a quick update I brought my car in a couple weeks ago due to some major issues the owner was able to find me a new engine and got the work started within 24 hours my car was completely done within three days which would’ve normally been well over a week anywhere else my car is running amazingly. The prices were outstanding and everyone that works there is great to talk to and deal with the customer service is Like no other Continue to go to your extreme for any work that I need done.
