So far they've had hands on my F15 X5, F32 435i and my brother in laws F15 X5 and all transactions were great. E60 M5 goes in next for an A/C recharge and inspection. Don't waste your time with dealership service drives if you're out of warranty. Just head here.

These guys are crooks. I took my 2018 BMW 540i to their shop to have my air conditioning looked at. The vents were blowing hot when I turned the ac on to cool. I leave the vehicle with them for a few days and get a call stating that they ran some tests and my blower motor would need to be replaced because there was no air being blown from the vents. This was a lie... As I mentioned earlier, the vents were indeed blowing, just not cold. This led me to believe that they were trying to sell me parts and services that I didn't need. Desperate to have my air conditioning fixed, I agreed to have them do the service, in addition to a brake fluid service. A couple days go by and I get a call saying that the AC is still not working and that they ran more tests, and now my compressor and condenser needs to be replaced to the tune of $3940.90. They also mentioned the expansion tank having a crack in it. This would not include the price for the brake fluid service expansion tank and blower motor, which was an addtional $1279.19 Skeptical that all of those issues existed, I declined the replacement of the compressor and condenser. They had already installed the expansion tank so I went with it. I paid for the brake fluid service, expansion tank and blower motor. The very same day I take my vehicle to another shop requesting that they do the work. I got a quote for almost $1000.00 cheaper than fairfield imports.... they could not start work on the vehicle until that following monday. I pay a deposit for them to order the parts and head home. While driving, something tells me to turn on the AC just to see if anything had changed. What do you know.... the vents are now blowing cold... these crooks tried to sell me a service that I didn't need. There was probably nothing wrong with my blower motor either.. these are the most dishonest people I have ever encountered in my life and I will never bring any of my vehicles to their shop again. I'm also posting this on social media and telling all my friends not to go there. I know that they'll probably respond with a rebuttal and I'm curious as to how they try to wiggle their way out of this. Beware of this shop!!!

Excellent service and fair prices. We brought in our daughter’s 2013 to have the timing chain replaced & some gaskets replaced. They keep us informed each step of the way. While it was a fairly major repair, the price was fair. Easy after hours pickup/drop off is very convenient.

If you ever have issues with your BMW I highly recommend this place! I was having issues with my BMW but strangely enough when I dropped my car off, it started working again just fine unbeknownst to me. They kep my car anyway to see if eventually the problem would occur agaIn, but it didn’t. I picked up my car and they told me what was going on. They could have lied and told me they fixed it in charged me a butt load of money, but they didn’t. The staff there is super friendly and very honest. I appreciate that and their hard work!

Fairfield Imports were truly so helpful! I was helped by Will and Richard and they are very honest, efficient, fast, knowledgeable and respectable. They were truly so kind and provided solutions to my car troubles! I had a lot of things popping up on my dash and I was panicking since I had a big road trip coming up in a few days. They ordered my parts the day I stopped by (Thursday near closing time) and took care of my car that Monday. I can only say the highest of them! Also, incredible customer service. I highly recommend and wish I came to them sooner! P.S. they have a fixed hourly rate of $125 currently in June 2023, which I thought was nice and demonstrated their integrity as a company!

. I don't have anything good to say about this place. I have a BMW and I wanted to at least keep my car 2 days and do things before they would tell me what was wrong with my car.. that's much too long.

If you own a BMW out of warranty, this is the place to go. I had just moved to Pensacola and my 2007 3 series developed problems during the long drive. I needed an oil change and a new wheel sensor and the owner of this business was very kind to fit me in and fix my car quickly. I've owned BMWs for years and I can tell when a shop is really on the ball or not. Fairfield impressed me greatly in this regard. Coming from California, it was shocking to see how good the expertise is in such a small area such as Pensacola. If you own an older BMW, take your car here!

I took my vehicle here based on reviews.... not too smart on my part. Though I am not from the area, 2 hours away, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone gave me a false sense of security and professionalism. I showed the mechanic exactly what I wanted him to look at and fix, but instead they replaced a hose, cleared the codes, and said that the vehicle was running like new. I had to leave back out of town and before I put 25 miles on the car, my car looked like a Christmas tree 🎄 and was running like it was on its last leg. I was extremely overcharged, given wrong dates, and put me in a very bad state. I called about the issue and was told to bring it back: which meant towing it over 75 miles, the lost time and money already spent, etc.

2004 m3 headlight went out. The fix was quick and reasonably priced so I also had them replace my convertible top motor. Will at the front desk kept me in the loop via texts. Greatly appreciated.

TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS INDEPENDENT AND AVOID BMW DEALER AT ALL COSTS IF OUT OF WARRANTY!!! (Read until end for story) My girlfriend and I have been taking her 2019 BMW X3 here since it has been out of factory warranty. Most honest, fair, and hard working shop not only in Pensacola, but also New Orleans and Nashville (two cities I've lived in and taken BMW's to independent mechanics for service). They stand by their work and are quick to pick up the phone to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your vehicle. I never write reviews but felt so inclined to do this after out most recent experience. Back about 4 months ago my girlfriend took her X3 into Fairfield Imports as it was leaking coolant. They attributed this to the oil filter housing on the back of the engine which ultimately led to a roughly $2500 fix (dealer quoted twice this btw). We gave Fairfield the go ahead to fix the issue then a few days later we had our BMW back in perfectly working order. Fast forward about 6 months the x3 is in need of an oil change so we decided to take it into the local BMW dealership as they were running a really cheap special on oil changes (of course they are they want to get you in the door and upsell you). Long story short we get a notification from BMW and a call from the service rep stating "the oil filter housing needs to be replaced and it'll be about a $5000 fix and that not approving this fix would render the vehicle inoperable and would likely overheat leading to catastrophic failure." Immediately I went "hmmm isn't this the part we just had fixed by Fairfield less than 6 months ago?" very strange. So I called up Fairfield and spoke with them and them immediately chuckled. He essentially told me their is no way the BMW service department would be able to tell if this part had failed just by doing an oil change as they would have to hot pressure test the whole system to diagnose it. He called BS and said "ask BMW how they were visually able to diagnose this problem without doing a pressure test and without any visible leaks to the system or even warning lights on the dash" They didn't even return my call so I just rejected the service on the BMW app. When I got to the dealership the service lady gave me the most BS answer ever she stated "we got your voicemail Mr. Walden and we are so sorry you are completely correct the oil filter housing appears to be brand new and we ended up pressure testing it after you called us back and you're right there are no leaks in your system and you're good to go! I said "wait a minute this is not excusable behavior.... you just tried to upsell my girlfriend on a $5000 service she did not need? This is not ok had I not called my independent and cross verified we would be out about $5000 you're supposed to be professionals. Had I not asked you to pressure test and just approved the repair would you have done so first before replacing the part? "Oh yes Mr. Walden we totally would have I can assure you." "Yeah I call BS." Left BMW totally pissed off. Theres a reason they sell you a $99 oil change and its to get you in the door and screw you on larger jobs that are completely unnecessary. Not saying dont take advantage of the cheap oil change when they offer it, but just realize its a sales tactic to get you in the door to either sell you that shiny M series on the showroom floor or tell you that you immediately need $5000 in repairs or your car will blow up without running proper diagnostics. ALWAYS CALL FAIRFIELD FIRST. Had the oil filter housing needed to be replaced again they would have done it free of charge as it was warrantied by them anyways! They have earned my families business for life.

My 2017 BMW 330e series sprung what turned out to be a massive coolant leak while I was in town visiting for a buddy's wedding. The leak, major, meant I could no longer drive the car and simple YouTube video search later - this type of thing happens frequently with BMWs and it is not a replace a hose clamp and move on. As in my case, calls to the nearby autoshops in Orange Beach were to no avail and I they could not even get me in until the next week. Fortunately, my continued calls lead me eventually to Fairfield Imports - who were understanding of my situation and guidance and solutions. I actually don't recall the gentleman at Fairfield Imports, but he even offered me a solution for an excellent towing company (Fletchers Towing) that were quite fair in reasonable in their price. Fairfield Imports then did as they said and came through getting my car's coolant leak fixed the next day. I received a call explaining their diagnosis/explanation of the problem with my car. They got the parts they needed for the repair that day and by the close of business, I received a call telling me that my car was fixed. Additionally, through their business texting - I was able to pay my bill and how to pick up my keys in the outside lockbox, which was really handy as I was able to pick my car up after hours (after they closed). I actually never met the gentleman from Fairfield Imports. All our business was done over the phone and through their texting. Their price for the work that was done was more then fair and reasonable considering what all actually had to be replaced and fixed (thanks to BMW making plastic coolant parts!). I am very pleased with the service and care I received. Finally, had it not been their recommendation for towing - I would have likely paid 3-4 times more for towing. (Note: there seems to be a racket in towing prices locally in the Orange Beach, Al area so be careful - they tend to overcharge for out of town visitors) From their initial recommendation of an excellent/reasonable priced towing service (Fletchers Towing), quick repair of a complex BMW problem, calling/keeping me informed, fair price/service, easy to manage online billing services, off hours locker/key pickup - I am VERY pleased I took my BMW to Fairfield Imports. They treated me VERY well and also did not take advantage that I was from out of town and needed my car fixed quickly to get back to work. GREAT JOB!!!

I normally don’t write reviews but I feel like this needs to be shared for other people’s sake. So I took my car in because of minimal shaking when accelerating, I didn’t have any major concerns and also my hood latch cable was broke. It took about 2 days to tell me I need a whole new suspension on my car given the quoted me just under 3k to do and the hood latch cable replacement was another $400. Given the took 2 days so I would assume they took some serious time to properly find out what is causing me this issues, but that wasn’t the case. The mechanic kept reassuring me that, this was the problem and I need to get it fixed asap! I just got the car less than a year ago with 60k miles so the Odds of my entire suspension going bad is obviously insane. I took it another shop, I told them everything what this mechanic told me and when they went to look at my suspension the whole shop was laughing, they told me my suspension looked great and saw no issue with it, what they did find was a lump in rear tire that was causing the shaking when accelerating. So they recommended me get a new set of tires since the ones I had one were about 4 years old. Which is reasonable and makes sense, oh and that hood latch cable they charged me less than $100 to replace since the part was only $40. So all in all this mechanical shop tried to scam me out of 3k+ out of parts I didn’t even need. Please take some serious precaution when going here!

They seemed great at first. Gave me advice on how to fix it instead of Just trying to get me in and sell me stuff. When that advice didn't work and I brought it in they charged me a diagnostic fee even they weren't able to diagnose anything. That part wasn't chill at all.

Throughout my years of visiting various auto repair shops, my experience at Fairfield Imports stands out as particularly disappointing. While I won't go into all the specifics, it’s evident that their focus is more on profits than on genuinely addressing customer needs. After shelling out $4,500, I’m left feeling quite dissatisfied. Now, I'm forced to take my car to a reliable mechanic to address the issues they failed to fix. How can a supposedly reputable Mini Cooper and BMW specialist be unable to identify why my reverse light isn't working or why my engine light keeps turning on after three separate visits? Furthermore, it baffles me that they claimed all my struts needed replacing when my car was running smoothly when I brought it in. These experiences have left a bad taste in my mouth; it seems they don’t appreciate how hard people work for their money. What’s even more concerning is that, after reviewing their ratings, I've found that many other customers have faced similar problems. I now vow never to return to this shop—not just because of the money spent, but due to the apparent disregard for their customers' genuine concerns.

Took my BMW in and had a great experience from start to finish. The price was fair, the timeframe was exactly what they said it would be, and there were no surprises along the way. The car was completed on time and drives great now. It’s hard to find a shop that’s honest, efficient, and actually knows BMWs—this place checks all the boxes. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

These people are the so called experts. I brought my BMW to have the front brakes redone. (pads and rotors) They charge $130.00 diagnostic fee for known routine service. At that same time I questioned them on replacing electric water pump knowing historically they break down at around 70,000 miles or so. They said don't worry about it until it happens. A week later water pump gave out and left me stranded and had to tow it in to have them replace it. Later after a year and a half the front end of car started shaking when braking. Took it to another independent service who does a lot of BMWs. They said the front rotors which has a designated right and left were reversed from right to left. Called Fairfield Imports and they said hard to make that mistake because the holes on the rotors would not line up if put on wrong side? The slot holes on the rotors are exactly the same so unless your paying attention to the R and L designation you can make that mistake. For convenience I had the rotors replaced by the other service company which cost me another $700.00. No more shake and brakes smoothly.
