I called this dealership after having horrible experiences with two other Subaru dealerships, not expecting anything different. I was quite wrong. Kyler answered my call late in the day and was very helpful and upfront about everything I was seeking. I went in the next morning and the experience was very pleasant. Kyler was waiting outside to greet me with a smile and definitely made this usually stressful process easy. Without being pushy or trying to sell me on anything that I didn't want. The whole experience just felt right, comfortable, and put me at ease after having nightmares about cars and dealerships for weeks. We joked, laughed, and talked about things other than just cars. There was also a time constraint and the whole team made the process happen well within this time frame, all while being patient and accommodating. If you would like your precious time wasted please shop here. Called for call availability of a certain used vehicle was told twice they’d check on the car. The Sales Manager Luis was the original person to take my call. Was left waiting for over an hour for a call back, so I drove there to confirm. Their lot is not gigantic. I get there to find out the car was sold. It was a simple yes or no over the phone. Then told it’d be virtually impossible to get it financed for the used car by Luis. For context I deal with this dealership. I bought my first brand new Subaru from them. Never again. I will be dealing with the Subaru Dealership in Napa when it comes to purchasing any vehicle

My previous vehicle that I bought new was at over 99,000 miles and I was concerned about the expiration of my warranty and costly repairs that could arise. I want to commend Fairfield Subaru for their excellent Service Department - my first-ever experience with their team confirmed my faith and loyalty to the Subaru brand. The details: Having recently moved to the North Bay, when my mechanic diagnosed a failed Data Communications Module (DCM) on my 2019 Outback, he referred me to a Service Bulletin put out by Subaru regarding this issue. I made an appointment with Subaru of Fairfield and their team were complete pros: David, the Service Advisor, took in my car and kindly provided me with a loner; Ron, the Service Manager, confirmed my mechanic's diagnosis and had a new DCM sent overnight from another Subaru dealership in the Western US. Subaru Fairfield installed a new DCM and Subaru battery the next day (pictured). The dealership is top notch - beautiful showroom, first-rate parts department, and comfortable lounge. I highly recommend Fairfield Subaru!

I brought my 2017 Subaru Forester here for a pre-purchase inspection after buying it from CarMax. I was ready to pay a couple hundred dollars, but Zachary was incredibly honest—he told me their complimentary inspection would cover what I needed and saved me the extra money. He really put my mind at ease about a small transmission leak I noticed, confirming it was still under warranty and could be fixed at no cost. I came back to get the CVT pump and transmission pan resealed, and Andres was a huge help. He got me into a free rental car quickly since the job took three days. They kept me updated the whole time, and everything was fully covered by the manufacturer warranty just like they promised. It’s rare to find a dealership this honest that actually tries to save you money. The whole staff was friendly and professional. I had an amazing experience at Subaru. My sales guy Cesar was the best and got me in the car I wanted with no hassle and he wasn’t your super pushy typical sales guy. He seems to go above and beyond and makes personal connections with his customers. Thank you for all your help. I will be requesting Cesar when we go back for our 3rd Subaru ! Finance was quick and simple. Probably some of the fastest I have dealt with. I appreciate all the steps the whole team took as taking in my trade in and getting me into my 2025 crosstrek wilderness which is also my first mom car. 10/10 will be coming here again. I recently purchased a Subaru Solterra and was informed that I could charge it for free at any Subaru dealership. Unfortunately, my experience at the Fairfield location was disappointing. After charging my vehicle overnight, I discovered it had been unplugged by someone at the dealership. When I asked to speak with the manager to address the issue, I was told the manager wasn’t available and was asked to leave the premises. I was never upset or threatening; I simply wanted to resolve the situation. Overall, I’m disappointed by the lack of communication and the way my concerns were handled. I hope Subaru Fairfield can improve their customer service in the future.

I can’t recommend the Fairfield Subaru location enough!! Kyler helped me on Monday and it was the BEST experience. He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and he made the process incredibly easy. I also really appreciated how upfront and honest he was. Tony was awesome and welcoming. He had everything ready for me. The process didn't take long, which is something I greatly appreciated especially because I had a toddler with me (no patience from that guy). The whole process started with an online inquiry and they were able to get the credit check and contract details down through email and all I had to do was come to the dealership do the car once over and test drive then sign the paperwork. Even my kid liked Tony and the very next weekend we came back to get some minor things done to the vehicle (which they took care of because they were little issues that should have been fixed before I purchased the vehicle) well my kid was asking me if we were here to visit Tony and was totally excited when he saw him. Thanks again for the great experience and I look forward to giving Tony and this dealership my business again when the time comes.
