I am very pleased with FaithWorks. They have helped me alot with my 20 year old Honda Civic.. recently they found a leak and fortunately it was inexpensive just requiring a new cap..they did not have the cap available and said it would take a couple of hours to get the part...but instead they went & got the part so I did not have to wait nearly as long. I'm happy I found them & doing business with people I trust and who go out of their way for customers.

Originally the repairs my car needed came out to over 2,000. Faithworks worked with my warranty and helped lower my bill from 2k to $400!! Jim and Blaine are the best, and I'll never take my car anywhere else. If you want the highest quality automotive care at an honest price, they're your guys. I have a hard time even finding mechanics who will so much as touch a warranty so I'm so grateful that the guys here are flexible and willing to go out of their way to help! Thank you guys!

I am so grateful to this team, I cannot be loud enough about my praise for them. They were able to diagnose my bad engine with proof and submit it to my extended warranty company while only charging me for an hour of labor time. They were my desperation 2nd opinion when the Hyundai dealership couldn't diagnose my bad engine after 39 days in their sevice center over the last 9 months and 7k later. The hiccup was the warranty company would only accept an engine claim from a Hyundai dealership, so I had to go back to the dealership that I did not trust at all. BUT, I had all the evidence from FaithWorks and the confidence to confront the the service director. Because of FaithWorks the dealership made it right with me! However, I will be trusting the experts at FaithWorks from here on out with all my diagnostic and car repair needs instead of the dealership.

Faith Work is the Best place to go for your automotive needs, they do it all. They even offer financing for the really big jobs, if needed. I have been with Faith Works Automotive for over 8 years, they don’t take advantage of women like most automotive shops do. Everyone at Faith Works is very caring, friendly and they keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. Blaine and his crew have been the most honest & responsible mechanics I know. My previous car had lots of major issues and challenges, but Blaine & his crew took care of everything. I always leave Faith Works with a smile I trust them to give me their honest opinion & options available. Come see Blaine at Faith Works Automotive!

I was looking for a mechanic that could help fix an issue with the radiator on my Diesel Ford Excursion. I checked with 4 mechanics and no one would even look at the Excursion because it is a diesel. I found Faith Works Automotive and they agreed to check it out. They called about 4 hours later to let me know the issue was beyond their capability. Luckily they were able to refer me to a mechanic that specializes in diesels. When I went to pick up the truck they did not charge me anything for their time. Their philosophy is if they can't fix it they are not going to charge for their time. They also suggested a different repair that I did not know was needed. I really appreciate their thoroughness, honesty and referral to a diesel mechanic. Pat Hune, Broker, 1st Southwest Realty

If you are looking for a knowledgeable and honest mechanic shop, choose Faithworks! I am a single female with a physical disability and this shop is amazing about working with me. This is a long, honest & complete review from a very satisfied customer! I was very impressed by the professional, informative and friendly service I received when I took my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe in for an Oil Change. I had asked to check the whole vehicle for any problems and/or required maintenance to keep in compliance with my extended warranty. I was told everything was good except the rear shocks were leaking hydraulic fluid and should be replaced. Josh said if I would provide him with the phone number and name of the Warranty Company he would call them to cover the cost of replacing the shocks since they were leaking. They had ordered the parts after calling me because I said I wanted the work done. He called the company and spoke with them extensively and confirmed the shocks would be covered under the extended warranty. He called me with the good news and had the work done by 3:00 that day! I paid my deductible and saved over $400.00 because Josh took the time to speak with them. I am really impressed with this group that took over the business at East Mesa Auto. I will continue to use their services. My Mother uses the same location and was equally impressed the next day when she went in for a scheduled Oil Change and to check her vehicle to be safe for a 2 month road trip up the west coast. They were thorough and said everything is well maintained. She'll be ok on her long trip, a great relief for me knowing they checked everything out and gave her a great report. I commend them for their honesty and integrity.

We loved our experience with Faith Works Automotive! Zach & team got us in quickly and did all of the repairs we needed before we were heading out for a long road trip! It gave me such peace of mind knowing some things needed fixing that we didn't realize before being on the road that long. About a month we had another couple issues come up that they fixed within 30 minutes and even called Kia and found out one of the issues was covered under their warranty. They are a blessing and we are grateful to have somewhere we trust that goes above & beyond. Thank you!

I went to Faith Works because my normal shop wanted to put me on a 2 week wait list, but my car was sitting on the tow truck! I am so glad my dad suggested it after he had a great experience with his transmission replacement. I got my fuel pump replaced, it only took a few days and they were nice, communicative, and professional. Now, this is my go to place for all my vehicles! Thank you Branden for the VIP treatment.

Place sucks .. made a appointment monday morning for Thursday at 8am for diagnostics .. by 11:30 am was kept on hold with no answer... called back from different number and was told another hour .. went by in person .. guy saying he was manager Ozzy . Was disrespectful and still wasn't able to do a diagnostic. When i asked why it was taking so long when i set a appointment 2 days before and they still haven't looked at my vehicle. He stated he had more important things to do and to take my truck and not come back if I feel that way .. i have video if any intrested in the way they treat us

Uncompleted work after 6months. Over $2600 in repairs in TWO visits to this shop. I just pulled off my tire today to change a flat. And this is what i find. The right rooter is missing the top screw that holds the rooter to the rest of the assembly. No wonder it pulls to the right!! And the bottom screw is so stripped it's almost flat on top which means this would be 10x more difficult to remove than it should be. Meaning more visits. More wasted money. Wish my car stayed in one piece longer than 6 months!

If you’re determining where to take your car for repairs, look no further. Faith Works is the place to be. John, Zach, and all team members are very friendly, courteous, and professional. Our 2011 Jeep started overheating and was unable to drive further. We needed it and attempted to make an appointment asap. Unfortunately they did not have anything available at the time so we called another garage to take a look at it. That experience was awful to say the least. That garage basically told us right away we needed a new engine without even looking at it. Bad practice. In the end, that other garage quoted us an insane amount to basically replace everything BUT the engine. Bad business. I called Faith Works again with that news. But instead of telling me a basically need a new car, they said they will take a look at it first and focus on getting the car road worthy again. Here is where FW differs from others: Without making any assumptions they investigated the car and came back the same day with a few repairs which was literally a fraction of what we were quoted by the other place. Not only that, they had it completed in a mere 2 days. No attitudes, no issues, just what you would expect from a great garage. It is always a great day at Faith Works and I highly recommend them for all your car repair needs. Thanks all at Faith Works 🙏

Don't look any further, Faith works is your shop! We have now taken our vehicle to them twice due to their amazing customer service and knowledge. We wouldn't recommend anyone else. They are a fair and reasonable shop. They have never been dishonest and they always give honest quoting when it comes to vehicle maintenance. Our first experience with them was AMAZING! Their staff and team are wonderful and they are humble when it comes to your needs.

Save your time, money and car - avoid this place! They decided our car needed a new transmission and when we picked it up the same problem existed. We took it elsewhere and it was the cat. And the radiator is cracked. We took it to be looked at elsewhere and they said because the radiator sits above the transmission it was most likely cracked during the initial transmission replacement. Of course Faith Automotive takes no responsibility for misdiagnosis or the radiator. But we are welcome to pay for another diagnostic! Edit: They did call back a few days later and offered to check the car and replaced a hose.

I am so so so beyond grateful for this shop! I moved here to AZ and have very little friends and no family. My PT cruiser had been giving me trouble, and I was looking for a shop I could trust that could walk me (a very anxious, inexperienced, no car knowledgeable girl) through the process. My car was proven to be a difficult job, with many things coming up. Every single person I interacted with was SO GOOD to me durning my hardest time! I’m talking calling them crying and them showing me nothing but kindness and compassion and doing literally everything in their power to help me through this. They helped me with transportation while my car was in the shop, helped me with a tow, answered every question I had and never once made me feel stupid or like an inconvenience. After everything this shop and I went through together (again them saving the day multiple times basically) I decided to retire the PT and get myself a new car. And they were there for that part of the process as well. They did an inspection on my new car and helped give me the ease that my new purchase was working out. I left what would normally be a very difficult situation feeling cared for and taken care of. So so beyond grateful so this place! Will continue to work with them in the future, with whatever it is I may need and I KNOW they will be there!

Amazing!! I am a AAA member...took my car to AAA Auto Repair 1st....my battery kept draining and they couldn't figure out why after having my vehicle for 2 days and wanting to charge me $330 for diagnosis. I was told that I needed a car electrician and to pick my car up. I had my car towed to Faith Works.....they figured out the problem within hours! Diagnosis, plus charged my battery, and an oil change paid $260!! They have earned my future business plus this review. I appreciate this business!! Very Thankful!!😊😇

Not sure about this place. My big brother referred me so I thought it’d be okay. My vehicle was running good, no issues just brought it in to be checked out. I paid for them to tell me my car was okay which I knew already. I just re-aligned my warranties wheels at DT that’s all I needed. Anyway, to date my vehicle is still inoperable. We’ve been taking the bus ever since. Still looking for someone to fix my car too. That’s just my experience. Every lesson is a blessing so Trust your instinct as it’s there for a purpose.
