This place is cheap and honest. The owner there's name is JJ. If you want a place that's cheap, honest and quick you go to this guy. He's been in the same place for over 20 years now and experience shows. Dropped of my car there Friday morning and by the time I got to work he was already calling me to pick it up. Fast! So fast of service!!!!! My car runs excellent now. Great service and better yet, great owner. Come on guys support small business and this is the place. Jimbob.

This is the place to go! JJ was absolutely amazing. I'm a young, single woman from out of state, needless to say, I was nervous about finding a place to bring my vehicle and not get swindled. After reading all the reviews for autoshops, I picked Familia Auto. Thank goodness I did! I called to make an appointment, but we ended up finalizing through text. As soon as I pulled up he was looking at the car, and remembered what we talked about on the phone. He talked me through everything he was doing and made me feel comfortable. And so did his shop dogs! He definitely makes you feel like a part of his family. His pricing was also super fair! He made an effort to save me money! I was happy to see the bill. I was driving from Phoenix to Dallas when my alternator started going out. I drove to the nearest auto repair facility I can find and it was JJ's shop. Thank God it was. He is competent, honest, and more than reasonably priced. It may not have the shiniest tools in the fanciest equipment, but JJ is the man you want to fix your car. If he cannot do the job, he will tell you. But if he can do the job, you should let him. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend

100% recommend, when driving to Las Vegas the 02 sensor to my 99 nissan frontier went out, making it difficult to make my way uphill. My grandma recently went and had her car done and her experience with the owner JJ was TERRIBLE he’s been disrespectful to her by hanging up on her and yelling. the work he did was terrible she had to go back multiple times she ended up having to buy a new car by the time he was done with it. I just want everyone to know he will rip you off if your not a regular and I know this because my other grandmother and grandpa go and he’s never tried this with them just BEWARE ‼️

While traveling to Arizona from Illinois the caliber on our car got stuck. It was undrivable for long distance. We stayed in Albuquerque and found this place the next morning. The owner was so attentive and knowledgeable. He gave us a price that was unbelievable to fix it. This was a big job for a very low price. He started working on it right away so we could get back on the road. This man deserves more than a 5 star but that is the most we can give. I highly recommend this place.
